Tôi đã đặt phòng cho hai ngày. Khoảng 10 giờ tối, đột nhiên có người mở cửa phòng và nói rằng phòng trống và không có người ở. Họ thực sự nghi ngờ đó là một tên trộm. Tôi nói rằng có người ở đó, nhưng họ chỉ nói rằng đó là sự nhầm lẫn rồi đóng cửa lại mà không có bất kỳ lời giải thích hay xin lỗi nào. Tôi đã nói với lễ tân vào ngày hôm sau nhưng họ không quan tâm.

Clean and well-maintained rooms. Nice pool available, excellent sauna. Very good breakfast buffet.
Parking available for a fee. Free airport shuttle included – runs twice per hour at :00 and :30.
Friendly staff, convenient location. Highly recommended!

Everything was nice but I wish we had more food options there and a 24h restaurant as the hotel is far from the city centre.

Had to cancel my booking with a reasonable time due acutely sickness heart attack being in hospital they requested supporting documents 🙂no trust at all even when someone is in hospital

Feel so happy when I step in to the room, after fly long distance from Indonesia. The check in process is so fast, she looks very professional in her job. I forgot her name, so sorry, because I am so tried.
The room is so clean, bight and room size is great. I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy.
I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner.
Now I am happy and will be their customer, highly recommend!!!! seeing is believing, watch my youtube channel for your better view perspective.

The free airport transfer and quiet rooms were great, but the amenities are a bit old and the shower drained very slowly with low water pressure.
