Parfait

After my confirmed booking in July 2024 this hotel started to stalk me with lots of messages ( over 10 times in a time span of a few hours) that I had to fill out a form, with all kinds of peronal data, to confirm my booking. They even threatened me to cancel my booking if I did not fill out that form. This was a very unpleasant way to putting pressure on me. Next to that they I noticed another absurd booking condition. They wanted to pay me a bail of 700,- EURO for a stay of one night. For that they planned to debit my credit card prior to my arrival. Of course I did cancel my booking right away and spend my money somewhere else.

Perfect! From the welcoming check-in, a clean and quiet room and a plentiful breakfast with an efficient check-out — the stay at this establishment was everything you would expect from a stay at a hotel. Well done - I can recommend this place without caveat, the staff does a tremendous job!

We stayed here for our first stop if a European driving holiday. The staff were great, the room spacious and comfortable for two adults and two children. It was also very quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Whenever I am ever in Luxembourg again, I would consider staying here again.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and/or stay again. In detail: - My partner and I stayed here during summer holidays. It was a mixed business & leisure trip. I worked in the lobby/restaurant for 2 days and Wifi was great throughout the entire hotel (no glitched, no loss of connection during conference calls). - All staff was very friendly and helpful. From the people at the reception, to the cleaning personal, as soon as we had a question, they helped us. - The rooms are also very modern, clean and with quiet AC(airco). I would even suggest to the hotel that it’s not needed to renew all towels every day. I’m ok with using my towel for a few days. ;) - Breakfast is ok. It’s all there (cheeses, meats, fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk, juices, eggs, toast & croissants.). It is fresh and tasty, but don’t expect a lavish brunch. I read some of the previous reviews and sometimes people need to manage their own expectations. ;) As it is a new hotel, some suggestions I would like to bring to hotel management: - I was missing a tiny fridge in the room. Luckily the staff stored our food in the kitchen, but I felt a bit guilty asking for it every morning. - I would invest in an AC in the breakfast room. It’s a very nice space, filled with light, but that also means that during summer it gets quite warm. Nonetheless: definitely worth a stay when visiting Luxembourg! Extra tip! Go visit the brewery next door + tasting and ask for Eric. Eric was our tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable and like to share his stories, which for us made sure we had a great time! Also the beer is good (bonus, haha). :P

Keurig hotel, nette kamers, prima parkeergelegenheid, mogelijkheid tot elektrisch laden (bij de receptie een pasje halen). Heerlijk ontbijt. En ook nog ns een nette prijs. Prima wanneer je op doorreis bent naar zuid of noord. Vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel moderno, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tienen un buen espacio de trabajo. Camas cómodas, las habitaciones del piso superior tienen el techo en ángulo. Muy limpio. Buen desayuno. En la esquina hay micro a Luxemburgo que es gratis. Muy luminoso. El personal de recepción es muy servicial y habla español.

Petite nuitée bien sympathique...chambre propre..[oreiller à revoir] seul défaut. Personel d une gentillesse...vraiment bien reçu merci à eux.parking sous terrain avec accès au chambre directe. Parking gratuit au alentours Bref je le recommande.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Excellent service, une équipe sympathique, très bonne literie, un bon petit déjeuner, bonne localisation, parfaitement propre. De plus, il y a un très bon restaurant de style brasserie juste en face. C'est délicieux.
