The whole experience was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The communal areas were spotless. The restaurant and bar was good. The pitches were hard core and well maintained. So no mud which is so wonderful with a campervan. This place is a campers friend

Tout était parfait : de l'habitat à la piscine et au restaurant. .. Mais la ,"finition" nous a laissé un goût amer ... Lors du contrôle de fin de séjour, la jeune femme inspectait la cuisine et là elle retire les grilles de la plaque et nous dit : _y a des éclaboussures d'eau, nettoyez là ( sur un ton qui nous us à déplu) ... Dommage 🙄

Camping très propre. Idéal pour les enfants. Proche de commerces. Lave linge et sèche linge sur place. Bien situé pour différentes activités (découvertes de grottes, parc de la préhistoire), randonnées.

Beau camping. Bien placé: commerces en face, pêche, balades (Ax les thermes à pied) . Magnifique espace aquatique. Sanitaires chauffés. De beaux emplacements stabilisés pour camping car. Bémol : ils sont en vis à vis. Aucune intimité. Les haies venant juste d'être plantées. De plus actuellement non terminés. Une partie dallée, une partie terre - très dommage.

Camping bien placé face commerces et proche Ax les thermes. Accueil sympa. Emplacements stabilisés pour CC. Un peu cher 27 €avec carte Acsi mais bon standing piscine chauffée même en hiver jusqu'à 20 h Hammam salle fitness ce qui justifie le prix ; cONVIENT BIEN AUX ENFANTS; nOMBREUSES ANIMATIONS L42T2;

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans un mobil-home 4 personnes. Les mobil-home sont très bien équipés et très propre. Le coin piscine avec sauna et hammam est super autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants les propriétaires du camping Stéphanie et Aurélien très souriant disponible et ils ont avec eux une super équipe . Nous avons pu aussi nous restaurer dans le restaurant le B7 un grand merci à cette équipe avec qui nous avons bien rigolé et surtout bien mangé. Je vous recommande le camping si vous voulez passer de belles vacances plein de balades à faire et de très beaux paysages sur les différents plateaux autour. Merci Sarah romain

Nous sommes déçus : pas d eau chaude pour les douches et la vaisselle ,pas de possibilité de profiter de la piscine inscrite au devis et sur votre site . Le plus grave, mercredi 31 janvier 2024 un groupe de personnes est arrivé vers minuit- 1 heure du matin pour prendre place dans les mobilhomes. Ils ne se sont pas gênés pour faire du bruit, installés dans les spas des bungalows ; plutôt un vrai tapage nocturne malgré nos demandes de calme .Cela méritait d’appeler la gendarmerie. A l accueil le lendemain on ne nous a pas écoutés et on s est moqués de nous en nous demandant : « Vous n avez jamais été jeunes « . Ce n est pas la réponse que l on attendait .Nous pensons que lorsque des groupes arrivent si tard une personne compétente du camping devrait être chargée de l accueil pour respecter le règlement intérieur .Nous avons appelé le numéro d urgence et sommes tombés sur un répondeur !!!Sachant que d autres groupes devaient arriver on aurait été confrontés au même problème .Nous a avons décidé de quitter prématurément le camping.Aucune compassion à notre égard.
