The Grant by Black Swan

Was confusing checking in. Person called seemed annoyed. We did get our check in. Place was clean and very nice & comfortable . Would recommend.

Die Zimmer bzw. das Apar**ent war super. Bessere Lage konnte man gar Nicht haben. Trip.com hingehen war schrecklich. Wir haben kein Zugangscode erhalten, obwohl es hieß das Hotel hat eine Rezeption. Wir mussten in ein Café laufen das wlan hatte um überhaupt die Buchung zu öffnen und dann den Kunden Service anzurufen der mich 30€ gekostet hat, weil ich aus der EU bin. Trip.com hat uns keinerlei Infos gegeben.

Comfortable But noisey floors...hear people above walking and moving furniture Front door to the unit has 1/2 gaps, noise a d no sound proofing. Location is great for tourism Homeless and flush crowd at night Bed is super Kitchen great Needs a full height mirror in the hall... Thank you

Great location. The Grant is a great place to stay with its remodeled building and unbelievable location.

The first night was decent. The second night was not. An alarm on the building’s fire panel went off all night every few minutes and it kept us up. We have to travel the next day with very little sleep. There was a sticky note on the panel stating that the manager knew about it and there was nothing they could do. I called the property manager (Black Swan) the following Monday to discuss the safety issue and request some sort of refund. I received this text: “ We have checked with our team, and it was an old note that housekeeping forgot to remove during your stay. The entire system was replaced before your check-in date and we had no communication from other guests or our staff that the alarm was beeping. Please let us know if you have any other questions.” At that point, I felt like they were trying to hide a safety issue so I contacted Brooke at Savannah Fire Marshall’s Office. They investigated the situation and the panel history indicated two alarms were going off during our stay. According to Brooke, a corrective action plan was created and she said I did the right thing by contacting their office. I reached back out to the property manager via text to discus the issue with no response. I called two business days later and was told my concern had been escalated to upper management. I still haven’t heard anything. We paid over $700 for a 2 bedroom apar**ent and we only got to sleep comfortably one night. Then, the property manager would only speak to us via text.

This is a great place to stay. You're close to all of the restaurants, city market, and riverstreet. Clean amd comfortable, we loved it.

The apar**ent was great it was exactly as pictured. I had a view of Broughton Street which a ***** of stores and restaurants. I enjoyed this staycation for my birthday. I was able to walk outside to food and night activities and safely return with driving. As mentioned the walls are thin and on the weekends the noise outside can be loud. Other than that this is the perfect stay.

Great view, dining options, and shopping. In the middle of everything. The rental had a great vibe and clean lines, and brick (nice mix) but unfortunately it smelled of mold and it was very noticeable every time we walked in the rental. Although I loved the look of the place, the noise from the other renters was unbearable, and a majority of it was from inside the rental units. Some noise was from the street, which is understandable. Coffee maker and coffee with some sugar and creamer was in the rental, and it was a life saver. With all that being said, I would give this place another chance. It was clean and visually pleasing to the eye, just smelled and was loud. I’m a sucker for cleanliness and aesthetics.

It was a great space for our family as each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Location is terrific for walking around downtown. No car needed.
