Good Location all sites within 15 min. Clean, good service. Good break fast if you eat Non veg. No vegetarian or vegan menus.

The room is reasonable space and the amenity is enough. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty.

Decided to stay consecutive throughout our trip at the hotel because being the Richmond Hotel member, you could enjoy 300 point for each day of your stay if u book via external parties. Every 5k point can be redeemed for 5000yen voucher for use. The room is spacious and u can easily open 2 large luggages. Nice window view and there's warmer in room too. Pillow was great and it's memory foam. Bathtub is also consider bigger then other hotel that we have stay in japan. Strongly recommended if you are considering a 3/4 star hotel 👍

I gives 5 stars for this hotel because it's everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel staff were friendly, very polite and helpful to me for all 5 nights stay. Will use this hotel again next time. Strongly recommended.

This is the 2nd time we chose to stay here. Its a good location as its mins walk away from TV tower which is frequently the meeting point for day tours. Yet it is also convenient to JR station where all the malls and eateries are. The room is spacious and fit well for 4. There are face masks and mouth wash among others, that are freely available to the guests. Overall it is a good stay

We arrived late at night, the counter staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of them could speak English quite well so we were able to converse without much issues. The room was big compared to rooms in Tokyo and could accomodate 3 adults and 1 kid with no issue. We also have space to open 2 check in luggage on the floor. There was a bath tub available and a round table with 2 chairs as well a long working table with 1 chair. I would recommend this hotel and it's not a far walk to JR Sapporo Station, there are convenience stores nearby and a restaurant within the hotel where we had breakfast. The breakfast was good as well.

Very central. Only problem is sound of toilet bowl flushing irritating at night. Most hotel room is small.

The hotel location is within 10 mins walking from the Sapporo station. The size of the room is a little tight and the amenities are a little worn out, but it is comfortable enough for a few days of stay.

In downtown Sapporo. Easy walk to many attractions. For only a few bucks more a night I got breakfast included. It was really good at a very nice restaurant in the hotel. I would stay here again!

Aside from their great service and food, I liked the hotel’s location. It is within walking distance of Sapporo station.
