The room was huge and there is also a bathtub. Love the panoramic view. Would definitely come back again!

Great location and near train station and several shops and restaurants. Modern and nice hotel. Has a restaurant at the 2nd floor where check-in area is also located. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel staffs were generally friendly and accommodating. Left my jacket in the room and came back for it and got it. Downside: No daily cleaning of room but you can request for supplies like water and toiletries and new towels. We also requested for a late check-out but staff on duty was not very friendly and turned down my request even after explaining my side (we woke up late) and despite staying and paying for 5 days. It’s good someone who looks more senior staff heard me and allowed us to check-out 30 min later than usual check-out of 11am. Thank you The Knot Sapporo!

Very disappointed, I will request a birthday greeting for the wife name noriko san, staff never do anything, even a small papers to greet the birthday celebrants nothing service, even the small hotel they give something like birthday restaurant tickets that hotel is relief hotel Susukino, compared to the knots hotel Susukino Sapporo the more elegant looking but nothing good services, never stay anymore no more 🥲😡

Very clean and strategic location right centred in the sapporo city , easily access to everywhere. Definitely will come back again

2nd time to book this hotel on this Hokkaido trip. Location is perfect, staff is very helpful, the free snacks which traded with coins are great, the ambience of the restaurant is quite nice too. The only down side is I found some hair on the wall inside the toilet once I checked in the room, was too tired to mention it but besides this are all good.

Excellent price for this location in sapporo. Only downside if you drive is lack of parking and unable to stop to offload luggage closeby, to be fair, they mentioned this clearly in bookings.

Very close to tanukikuji street and subway.

A small scale hotel but the location is good, next to donki and shopping area. Will consider this hotel next time.
