The pools are amazing at this hotel, and is super friendly for kids. Since the moment we arrived to the hotel the staff was super friendly. We were very pleased having Erin from Westin hotel staff to take care of us all days we stayed there, she helped us making our stay at the hotel really pleasant, Erin was extremely attentive with our family during our stay. Thanks Erin!, hope to find you at Westin again in few months as we are planing to book there again!

A very satisfying vacation journey. Before checking in, the butler Lulu contacted me in advance to confirm the arrival time at the hotel to ensure smooth check-in. Although there were not too many popular rooms recently, they tried their best to coordinate with me to the appropriate floor. The room is very clean, and the hotel environment is very good. The large swimming pool is very clean. Adjacent to the beach, breakfast was also very rich. After staying for two days, we promptly cleaned our room. It was very embarrassing that I lost my room card while dining at the beach restaurant at night. I sent a message to Lulu at the door and helped me get a new room card within 5 minutes. The efficiency was very fast and the process was very timely. Thank you very much to Lulu. Unfortunately, this trip was quite rushed and I didn't have a deeper experience! I hope to have more time to check in again next time! Overall, I am very satisfied. Recommended!

Erin was assigned to us as a Personal Guest Relation Representative. Her service is very personal and she has given us very useful and helpful information for our tour in Sanya. Definitely recommend this hotel. The swimming pool and private beach is epic.

Nice location (next to CDF mall), Excellent service and hospitality from hotel staff especially Erin 🌟. Only area to improve from the hotel is food options for room service and restaurant - to add more Western meal options.

WiFi can be further improved as the connection could be quite bad sometimes. Overall good experience as there are many facilities available to chill out and good swimming pools. Dinner buffet has good varieties of food as well. The photo shoot package is pretty cool and ambience is really good.

At Westin Hotel in Haitang Bay, Hotel housekeeper Damon added Wechat to help arrange rooms, went to the hotel to help check in, introduced hotel information, booked airport buses, and served very enthusiastically. The hotel's river pool is worth signing in, can canoeing, adults and children can play, very fun. Next to the hotel is the duty-free city, where shopping is convenient, walking can be reached, very convenient, but also by ferry to the side door of the hotel, the overall stay is satisfactory. 海棠湾的威斯汀酒店，酒店管家Damon添加了微信，帮忙安排房间，到了酒店帮忙办理入住，介绍酒店信息，预约机场巴士，服务很热情。酒店的河道泳池很值得打卡，可以划皮划艇，大人小孩都可以玩，很有乐趣。酒店旁边就是免税城，去那里购物方便，步行就可以到，很便利，也可以坐摆渡车到酒店侧门，整体入住满意。

Great hotel to stay in if you want a relaxed place to stay in Sanya. The front desk receptionist Jaydan was great he showed us around the hotel. The hotel has so many options to swim and you can relax with your friends. The manager Chelsea was amazing she upgraded our room and helped us organise a birthday party thank you so much. This resort is like heaven the breakfast was amazing I will come back again.

The poolside double suite was spacious and set up well. Being able to have our own pool at any time was fantastic. I wish the pool had been cleaned more often, however. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in China. Not so much the breadth of choices (which was very good), but the quality of the ingredients and food itself. Excellent! The large main pool was fun and full of activities. Also, it was nice to be so near the duty-free mall.
