Tôi đã ở tại Shangri-La Sanya để mừng sinh nhật một người bạn vào cuối tuần. Chúng tôi đã đặt Phòng Club King đi kèm với rất nhiều hoạt động miễn phí và tiết kiệm được rất nhiều tiền. Thủ tục nhận phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ vì tôi được Giám sát quan hệ khách hàng, Dora và đồng nghiệp Nancy giúp đỡ. Họ rất tử tế, chu đáo và chuyên nghiệp. Khách sạn có một siêu thị nhỏ ở Tòa nhà 1, rất tuyệt. Ăn sáng, ăn trưa và ăn tối tại khách sạn thật tuyệt vời. Tôi muốn giới thiệu nhà hàng S.E.A, đây là một nhà hàng Đông Nam Á. Tôi cảm thấy khách sạn đã không đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của tôi ở hai khía cạnh: 1. Bữa ăn được phục vụ vào buổi chiều bị hạn chế và nếu bạn không đến đúng giờ, bạn phải đợi khoảng 10-20 phút để được phục vụ mẻ đồ ăn tiếp theo. 2. Vào Giờ khuyến mãi tại phòng chờ câu lạc bộ, có một vài chai rượu mạnh, rượu prosecco ướp lạnh và rượu vang. Tuy nhiên, khi chai rượu hết, họ đã thay thế bằng một chai rượu mới khác. Ngoài ra, tôi và bạn tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời và chắc chắn là xứng đáng.

Dịch vụ lễ tân hơi chậm vì họ bắt mọi người phải đợi 10-15 phút ở quầy lễ tân.

Hi! There’s only 1 level of car park available that’s attached to the building, and with a huge open-space car park available though, non-attached to the building. Meanwhile, from the open-space car park to the check-in counters in the building, currently it’s as open-air walkways and with quite a distance actually. As proposal, just my 2cents, it would be nice if could have new covered-walkway ＜with a roof or cover or others design＞ to really improve guest experiences, be it sunny days or raining days. Thanks.

Actually the hotel (appearance/style) was not exactly what my family and I was looking for. For that reason we decided to do an early check out and move to another hotel. Staff cordiality is amazing though, my special thanks to Ms Suki, the costumer service girl, who made my staying better and helped me with the early check out too. Hotel was very professional to agree with my early check out (hustle free), something to be highly respected..

Very nice place.

We had such a wonderful time at Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived in our taxi, everything made us feel so welcome. The resort has a great mix of adventurous activities and calm, peaceful areas, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. We're looking forward to visiting again with our baby next time. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our manager Dora, who responded quickly to all of our requests!

Shangrila as usual is on the top. Perfect service, huge and very green territory. The feeling is like you live in the garden. The staff is always helpful. Our reception manager was Candy. She tried to make our staying perfect and did it:) So great memories will be after staying there. Thanks a lot to Shangrila Sanya!

This was our second time at this hotel, and on this occasion we stayed for ten days. It is a great resort-hotel, with three pools, several restaurants, a quiet beach right next to it, and loads of other facilities. It even has a pair of ostriches. The hotel is very child-friendly and our five year old loved his time at the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly. The only slight drawback is that is in a quiet bay which is a considerable distance from the centre of Sanya: at times that is an advantage, at times it is a bit annoying.

It’s a nice resort for a family trip. You could find plenty of activities for kids in the hotel for the whole day. The service is excellent. Special thanks to Julian. as she has taken care of our stay.

Service was fantastic, hotel wasn't for me because I'm a solo traveller and the hotel is more for families. If you are a family definitely stay at this hotel as it is amazing for young children! Food was excellent, location was a little far from the main town of Sanya. Would have liked more beach chair options. The gym was fantastic and staff were very helpful. Fantastic trip all together.

Wonderful hotel with lots of activities for the whole family. Breakfast was rich and varied. Swimming pool is huge and the gardens are wonderful. Phoebe did a wonderful job helping us to settle and recommend fun things to do.

Oh, I was there for work. but the hotel is great for a family holiday. large beautiful area, nice rooms (I had a sea view). a very tasty breakfast. The staff speaks English
