Location is perfect walking distance to the center. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and good condition. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom was recently renovated in good size. The room has an open view to the square. Breakfast is good plenty of everything. The service of the hotel is friendly snd good.

Hotel da ristrutturare , personale e posizione ottimi. Altra cosa , fastidiosa se non si hanno i rimedi , pieno di zanzare , credo si riproducano qui nell’hotel 🤣. Nel complesso , grazie soprattutto alla posizione , buono.

Atención muy bien, alojamiento impecable. Situado a 6’ de la catedral. Todo está cerca, restaurante, cafeterías y muchas tiendas. Muy contenta con el hotel y el personal

3박4일 첫날에는 물을 1리터 주었는데 그 이후로는 물을 체우ㅏ주지 않네여..그점과 아침일찍 부터 소란스러운점 빼고는 좋네요

한국의 모텔과 호텔(신라스테이?) 중간 정도입니다. 방음은 잘 안된다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 이틀 머물렀는데 보안은 좋은 듯 합니다.

Good: the hotel was clean, comfy bed and staff were helpful. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, lots of local places to eat near by, and the bus to the airport stops just by the hotel. Bad: the room smell of damp a bit due to the water damage by the window. They were refurbishing parts of the hotel.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, and pleasant staff. My si ngle room was tiny but had everything i needed. Breakfast 8 euro was limited. Very noisy! Noise from elevator, room next door, plumbing noises, and hallway. Reasonable rate.

Excellent location, many restaurants nearby, and easy to reach the main attractions such as the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. The bus for most excursions is taken in front of the Hotel Universal. Breakfast is a basic one that helps mainly in the mornings when you have to leave quickly for the excursions, and you cannot take long. The staff are very cooperative and helpful.

I had a very agreeable couple of days at this hotel. Fair value, well-located hotel.

Excellent location ,very close to Santiago di compostela. Underground parking immediately across the street. Small room, basic breakfast. Fine for basic lodging. Beds slightly uncomfortable for me. Very small elevators

The hotel locates very close to the Santiago Basilica as well as the train station, within walking distance which was great for us. Very clean hotel and everything was comfortable. The staff did not communicate in English well but they were kind and very helpful as best they could. We would stay there again if we visited the Santiago de Compostela again.

Nice room, very good location. Bus from airport drops off directly outside hotel so excellent. Would stay again.
