Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Very clean bathroom and room, comfortable beds, reaaly kind and helpful staff, great food. In the very center of the city, between Parque Cespedes y Plaza de Martes. Close to many shops, markets and restaurants, port is at the hand.

Very nice and professional hosts, communications especially good throughout. Very good value. Very nice and spacious room with obligatory a.c. Lovely staff with excellent personalities and helpfulness. Really nice breakfast. Central location. 20 dollars taxi from airport.

Very nice hostal, the people are so kind and friendly and helpful. Very good and clean rooms. They give you a very familiar feeling. I felt home from the moment I came to the Hostal 10+++++ The breakfast was also good. I recommand this hostal to everyone.

Nous avons soi-disant bénéficié d’un upgrade mais nous n’avons pas vu en quoi il consistait. Notre chambre était très bruyante avec un petit balcon avec une vue horrible sur des barres de HLM décrépis et des tas d’ordure au bas de l’immeuble. De plus notre chambre se situait au dernier étage qui était lui-même en pleins travaux. À noter les 2 personnes qui nous ont aidés pour les bagages et qui assuraient le service du petit déjeuner qui étaient très gentilles.

Mi esperienza en el Hostal fue muy positiva . La posición es excelente pues se encuentra a unos pocos minutos a pie de uno de los puntos de referencia más céntricos de la ciudad ; Plaza de Marte . Personal amable y preparado. Limpieza óptima . Servicio reception 24/7. Seguridad y solución de problemas garantizados . Caja fuerte en la habitación. Servicios incluidos y extraordinarios a un precio razonable . Al dejar la estructura olvide portar conmigo una t-shirt , al darme cuenta unos días después me puse rápidamente en contacto con ellos y me fue devuelta inmediatamente. Recomiendo el Hostal Heredia al 100% .

Mis amigos y yo nos alojamos durante nuestro viaje a Cuba, sorprendiéndonos gratamente, por que la fachada está un poco deteriorada pero las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas. A destacar que el personal es muy atento

El mejor hostal q pueda tener santiago de cuba, el personal muy atento, amable siempre con una buena actitud. y sus duenos ni hablar tremendas personas. los cuartos muy limpio y todo oliendo rico, con un mini bar en el cuarto, servicio de internet y todas tus cosas muy seguras en tu cuarto. lo recomiendo un 100% y cuando regrese vuelvo a Hostal Heredia ... Un millon de gracias a todos por tan bello acojido que nos dieron.

Es un lugar muy limpio y con una terraza muy acogedora dónde poder disfrutar de unos desayunos muy ricos, y hechos con cariño. La habitación super ampli, limpia y confortable, y el trato de las personas que trabajan allí es excelente. Estuve super a gusto!!

Tolle Casa und super Lage , sehr schöne Ausstattung Zimmer und große Bäder. Sehr nette Gastgeber die immer da sind falls fragen sind. Tolles Essen und sehr nette Menschen Dieb für den Ablauf zuständig sind. Die Lage der Casa ist sehr nah an der Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine Rundfahrt lohnt sich immer.
