Excellent place, great location. Probably one of the best hotel in town. Delicious breakfast available every morning. Great swimming pool in the backyard. You meet a lot of friendly people every day!! I highly recommend this place to all

Ar condicionado do quarto ruim, colchão ruim , frigobar não funcionava, mas o hotel trocou . Pedir iFood à noite . O hotel não tinha nem talheres pra arrumar.

Vaso sanitario do banheiro apresenta rachaduras e machuca o usuario. Instalações, como escadas, apresenta lixo espalhado nos degraus. Piscina e de uso comum com a população em geral. Estacionamento não possui cobertura e vagas suficientes para todos os hospedes. Precisa melhorar para ser considerado bom.

Hotel muito bom, mas o restaurante do hotel demora uma eternidade para atender. Além de mim, ouvi vários hóspedes reclamar da demora nos pedidos. Meu almoço demorou quase 2h para ser servido.

Minha esposa e eu recentemente hospedamo-nos neste hotel, e nossa experiência foi um tanto complicada. Embora a equipe tenha sido muito solícita e simpática, infelizmente, nos deparamos com alguns problemas significativos.
Pontos Positivos:
Atendimento: A equipe do hotel é cordial e pronta para ajudar. Sentimos uma boa recepção desde o check-in até o check-out.
Pontos Negativos:
Limpeza: Infelizmente, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O vaso sanitário estava sujo quando chegamos no check-in, o que foi bastante desconfortável (inclusive com dejetos dos hospedes anteriores).
Condições Gerais: As condições do hotel estão abaixo do padrão esperado. Encontramos duas baratas no quarto durante nossa estadia, o que foi bastante desagradável.
Wi-Fi: A falta de conexão Wi-Fi durante toda a estadia foi um grande inconveniente, especialmente para uma viagem de trabalho, tornando a situação bastante complicada.
Conclusão:
Embora tenhamos apreciado a atenção da equipe, os problemas relacionados à limpeza, condições gerais e a falta de Wi-Fi prejudicaram significativamente nossa estadia. Recomendaríamos uma atenção mais cuidadosa a esses aspectos para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes no futuro.
