房間設施想當差，床不穩一動就晃。 包餐飲的酒店，餐具十分不衞生，10個杯子盤子9個都沒有清洗乾淨，第二天中午在墨西哥餐廳吃完了****噁心了一天。 晚上房間一直有“dong...dong...”的聲音，吵到一晚上都沒睡好，投訴酒店處理，前台態度不好，最後一晚説可以給我們換房間（但是我們有超過4個行李並且第二天就退房了），BTW，房間沒有紙巾，不提供瓶裝水可以喝自來水，但是自來水是鹹的相當於你自己要買水，或者去餐廳喝水。這就是400多歐一晚上的酒店

EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Tout était parfait. Hôtel très propre, personnel adorable, les restaurants de qualité, les piscines et animations au TOP ! Je recommande. Nous n'avons qu'une envie d'y retourner.

前台服務差 一點也沒度假酒店的樣子，吃的東西很難吃 每天吃的都差不多。 設施和地理位置還是挺不錯的，房間很久 還有味道 床還會晃動！

We’ve just come back from a weeks stay here, it was the first time taking ours kids on holiday ( age 6 & 1 ) couldn’t fault anything, the staff were always so friendly, always checking to make sure everything was okay. Food was great, always a wide selection and always had something for the kids which was the most important thing! Entertainment each night was 10/10, the kids loved it, and there was always something for both kids & adults. If you stayed in the resort there was always something going on, whether that was exercise classes outside for adults to all day kids club. There’s a private little beach next to the hotel, which was beautiful! Your pretty much in the middle of no where, but there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, and within next 10 mins or so your in the closest town, so it’s defiantly easy to get out and about. Rooms were cleaned everyday, couldn’t fault anything with that. Would highly recommend this place, espically if you have kids, they will not be bored!! Wish we stayed longer, would defiantly come back in the future!

We are currently on our last day of our family holiday (2 adults, 2 children) at Club Cala Barca. We can't express how much we've enjoyed this holiday and how we wish we could stay for longer! There is such a fantastic variety of pools. We spent time at the kids pools and at the pools by the main restaraunt/stage area and both were immaculately clean and well maintained. Granted, there are limited sun beds available at the kids pool if you don't put towels down before 10am but we had a central location room with a view of the pool so this wasn't a problem. The kids enjoyed every moment of the pools, the bouncy inflatable pool, the toddler pool with slides as well as the larger pools for practising their swimming! Our room was very spacious with with two separate bedrooms and a modernised bathroom. They were cleaned by the maid service every day to a fantastic standard. The cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted, there are staff cleaning and maintaining the hotel all throughout the day. We loved the entertainment each night, there was a wide variety of acts. Our children (aged 8 and 6) particularly enjoyed the Addams family performance on the Saturday night. The animation team were all excellent, especially Marian who always stopped to say Hóla! throughout our stay and was so pleasant! We always found good choices of food at the main buffet restaraunt and even if you're travelling with kis who are fussy eaters, there is something for everyone! On our last few days we had lunch in the Mexican restaraunt which was lovely. A delicious selection of Mexican foods as well as pizza, salads, kids buffet options etc and with a more relaxed vibe. All in all, we had a fantastic family holiday and will almost certainly be back in the next few years. We would 100% recommend Club Cala Barca for a family holiday!

This was an unforgettable family holiday at an impeccably clean resort. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, creating a welcoming a**osphere for all. The food and drinks are excellent. The addition of food trucks are unique and convenient. As a testament to the exceptional experience, we find ourselves eager to revisit in a few weeks.

Great kids pool area, and also wonderful pools in quieter areas. Food was very good, animation team excellent. In a lovely little cove great for sea swimming. Overall a great familly holiday. Definitely recommend. All the staff were super!

There were some great things and let’s say less than great things about our stay here. We came as a group of 6; myself, my partner & kids (4&11 months) and my parents. The staff were really great. Very warm and friendly, attentive, welcoming. For the first 2 days the activities were fun and the vibe was good. Beach and walks around the hotel are beautiful. We had a couple of mishaps; online checkin didn’t work, a room key that didn’t work that took 5 hours (!) to resolve. Our main issue was that our last two days were booked during a private music festival meaning zero activities were running and the whole place was packed with people drinking and smoking from the morning. Not great with kids! This was very much saved for our daughter (4) by the absolutely brilliant Tonia in the Animation team who did Star Club for her one on one. My daughter is a still talking about Tonia a week later. She was an absolute superstar!

Great family holiday here last week, proper value for money. Rooms were clean and tidy,maid every day Loads of pools to choose from . It has its own little beach which is gorgeous,really clear blue water. Food is buffet style but I always found something to eat and I'm fussy lol,highly recommend the beach hut Restaurant -steaks/burgers/chicken/prawns on the BBQ! Entertainment is mainly aimed at young children but few good evening shows for the adults including a rock night/magic show were good fun. Would definitely return for a cheap getaway .
