Hotel lovely, a stone throw away from the beach & rail stop- you can't hear the trains with your patio doors closed, entertainment staff where fabulous, a free game of bingo (bingo, bingo,bingo) is a must,- everyday at 3.30, the rooms are lovely with plenty of room to move around in, we found the bar expensive with plenty to choose from. The only downfall of this hotel is we never had a hot meal during our stay, breakfast was on display at 7.20am,- the restaurant opens at 8am & not much to choose from for meals, this needs addressing, apart from that I would go again. If the food was better I'd definitely give 5 stars

With a large group that greatly enjoyed the music and DJ who appeared after 10pm. Got BBC on the TV, room was comfortable (once you open the patio door for air circulation as AC not available yet) but they could put two bath towels in a room instead of one. Did receive a report one room for our group had discarded filth on the floor. Maybe the organization needs to train housekeeping better.

This hotel was amazing, i came here with my boyfriend and we literally had the best time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The all inclusive was exceptional, san miguel on tap and proper coca cola. Food was amazing, there was something there to cater everyones needs. For anyone that says the food is bad ignore them, i really enjoyed every single meal. So much choice you dont know where to start. Everywhere was clean to a high standard. As a mother myself i could see all the children were entertained by the staff and they were amazing with them. I would deffo return with my own children. The only downside was that 5 days wasnt enough i wish i booked 10 days, but that you so much for an amazing holiday. Definitely one to remember. All the bad reviews are just people trying to find fault over nothing and have to put their 2 pence worth in.

Me and my fiancé enjoyed a very pleasant long weekend at this hotel. Santa Susanna is nice, gorgeous beaches and lots of nice bars and restaurants are all in a stones throw from this hotel. The rooms are fairly basic, but serve their purpose well. We thought the food was very good, although as often is the case it was at times a bit of scramble when choosing what to eat. Lots of rude people not being courteous, and clearly not having a concept of a queue. The pool was fine and there’s also a nice pool bar. Train station straight outside the hotel and just over an hour in to Barcelona. All in all a good stay, we have a good time.

Now before I get to the dramatic 'but...' we did have a nice holiday in Santa Susanna. If you're a young family like us and want out the hustle, chill with a drink while the little one naps we would recommend it for its chilled vibe. But... (there it is!) unless you are fluent in Spanish as this hotel caters the majority for. And you don't mind half broken lifts, beyond typical all-inclusive, some very rude staff (not all bad apples), one drink per person and have to finish it before your next one! Then have dirty plates at all points in the day and ruffle through them like you did at school. Don't give me wrong, the food has been nice, some staff are friendly and overall the hotel is clean but honestly do yourself a favour and spend that extra £100+.

This is our 2nd trip here and I'm really pleased they have listened to guest feedback and implemented the changes. We stayed all inclusive in a premium room for 3 nights. Great selection of drinks and food. Room was comfortable and kept clean. The staff are great and especially the entertainment team....kids were really made to feel special and always something for them to do. The highlight was the 30ft dinosaur, Mickley Mouse, Minions and the Berry mascot all in one night alongside the popcorn and candyfloss machines and free rides on the buckaroo. The pool was nice and clean, never felt busy and always able to get a chair or sunlounger. We especially liked that the signs warning you not to reserve sunbeds was acted on and for those that were pool warriors, their towels got removed. The hotel is opposite a lovely beach and there are plenty of shops nearby to have a look round. We never go back to the same place twice but are looking forward to booking our third trip!!

This was our 2nd and last stay at this hotel, we went before lock down and had a nice time, but this time I think there food standards have dropped so much that we ended up eating out most the time, even though we had no paid for half board. Breakfast was so bad and tasteless we didn’t bother after the first day. Rooms are dated and we had water dripping from aircon unit in bathroom with all black mound around it. Don’t expect to have fun in the pool either, as they do not allow and type of blow up lilos ect and no ball games of any type. Location is the best thing about the hotel, so we are trying the hotel next door this year as it gets much better reviews.

I’m loathe to admit that I should have written this review immediately after my husband and I’s trip here in June 2022. I’m not one to write reviews normally but this one deserves a full blasting. I’m not surprised to see that the reviews already written reflect our own experience 18 months ago. The hotel staff were not remotely interested in helping at any point. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday while we were there with a basic bottle of fizz in the room. I went to the front desk and waited to be seen. Sadly for me, a large group of American check in’s had arrived and I was told to come back, despite me arriving before them all (I stood waiting for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the foyer staff) and they could see that as well, rude! I’m amazed the drinks rule still applies - my husband and I were two of maybe 30 guests at the time of our visit and we were clearly alone and were not plying off drinks to non all inclusive revellers, yet I couldn’t even take my husband a beer or Coke, as the hotel was only allowing one drink at a time (ludicrous). I’ll agree with the other reviews - food lukewarm at best; beach was rubbish as felt like walking on grit and we ended up eating out most days to get away from the hotel. We were glad to check out! Shocking place, don’t waste your money and look elsewhere!
