Globales Costa de la Calma

We arrived at past midnight to meet an elderly receptionist who refused to let my 7yr old stay. For almost an hour we were stuck at reception. Tired and now stressed. They then insisted on holding my daughter’s passport ( as though we would pay to stay in a hotel for four nights and run away after one night). That act alone was INSULTING!. First thing in the morning they kept calling to ask for an extra €48 to let my kid stay. Please note that on the trip.com site it says kids under 12 stay for free and the room was large enough for two adults and a child. There was a sofa bed. Clearly this €48 was more important to them than courtesy. There were better ways to handle this. The money was paid by me. I was very very displeased.

Отель находится в красивом округе Санта Понса - горы, зелень, море. Номера просторные и есть балкон. Спокойный район ( можно поспать ночью). На территории отеля два бассейна -взрослый и для детей , есть анимация. Пешком за 15-17 минут можно дойти до пляжа . Рядом есть магазины , кафе. Из минусов : нет кофемашины 🥲 Оплата на территории отеля/в кафе только картой. Постельное белье было с запахом сырости. Если вы покидаете комнату , то перестает работать холодильник ( поэтому просите вторую магнитную карту, иначе еда в холодильнике испортиться).

Just back from Globales Costa de la Calma. I cannot fault the place, Small, safe for kids, really clean, very professional, helpful & kind staff. Our studio apar**ent was great, had everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable, all fittings were high quality & clean. A big thank you to Andre the kids entertainer & Christian the lifeguard for being so kind to my son. I would go back again.

Hotel is spotless, staff are very helpful and friendly, good food . Sister and I are due to leave today, will be sorry to go, but will be back in oct , this is the only hotel we stay in, could not find better elsewhere, The pool area is cleaned twice daily, and food bar area is spotless

We came here last month , hotel was great very clean , room had a pool view .and was a decent size , comfy bed would definitely come back , corner shop across rd was handy for teabags , not far to walk to sea front ,pool was bit cold but didn’t stop us using it

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids age 15,12 and 6, 30th April until 10th May,this was our first stay here in these apar**ents.From when we arrived the staff were so nice,friendly,helpful,accommodating.The apar**ents were really big,modern,comfy beds,very clean and kept clean every day throughout our stay.The hotel itself was spotless,pool very clean,pool toilets clean,pool restaurant and staff spotless and so polite,everywhere clean which is a plus for us.Free fast wifi throughout the hotel which is a huge plus for kids nowadays and their parents! Lovely playground with trampoline,ping-pong table, tennis and foot pitch which the hotel supply,rackets football etc for free.splash pool with slides in kids pool and bigger pool for older kids and adults.kids club that has a mini disco,games,colouring for kids etc throughout the day and they give the kids medals and certificates at it too! Poolside bar serving drinks & snacks all day,This is a fantastic hotel and the Globales brand should be very proud of all the staff that work there,they go above and beyond for their visitors.I have never been to a hotel in the baleric Islands,Canary Islands or mainland Spain that has been as clean and has staff as nice,WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! XX

Everything about globales was fantastic . Everything was spotless clean, from the lobby to our fantastic room. The staff were so professional and polite especially Tashin , Cris and the cleaning staff. The staff were only too happy to share information about things to see and do in Majorca. Fantastic location.
