勝手にアップグレードされた部屋に料金の説明もなく案内され、ラッキーと思っていましたが、チェックアウト時に部屋のお金を全部払い切っていませんと言われ、プラスで100ユーロ払わされました。また、壁が薄く隣の部屋や外の声が丸聞こえで最悪でした。気をつけてください。

Quality of service here is very common, from the booking process (mistake from the hotel staff when booking by phone) until service on the spot. A room in the next Villa Alberti was proposed, just renovated but with paper walls… we could enjoy the good mood and loud laughs of the American people staying in the room next from us, and experience a kind of “spring break party” in the middle of the night. The 2 hotels Mediterraneo and Villa Alberti are just in the middle of a busy street, so it is not quiet at all. We were proposed to visit another room… but no one showed up eventually to do so, so we stayed in our room. Good cooking for dinner we admit, but very ordinary breakfast. Many other details not worth mentioning here, except maybe the surprising “va fan culo” by the man on the hotel private beach because we asked to change the place. Maybe these spots are not LGBTQ friendly? It would be better for everyone to know beforehand. Of course we cannot recommend this “4 stars” hotel

Tout le personnel est agréable. Accueil parfait. Chambre propre, la literie n’est pas au top et l’insonorisation très mauvaise, autant vers les autres chambres que l’extérieur. Petit déjeuner pas digne d’un 4 étoile. Emplacement super, proche de la vieille ville et du port .

O Hotel fica muito próximo do centro histórico e na verdade são 2 hoteis , o Villa Alberti e o Mediterraneo em frente. As recepcionistas foram muito simpaticas e quarto era bom e o café da manhã , muito agradavel era servido no outro hotel. O estacionamento era facil e pago também. Localização excelente e foi uma ótima escolha. Muito facil para pegar o ônibus para Portofino e o trem para Cinque terre . Isso é muito importante

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura mentre eravamo in auto in autostrada. All’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che è la dependance dell’albergo principale. Il prezzo praticato per una camera a piano terra in mezzo ai palazzi non corrisponde ai servizi resi considerato che se vuoi fare colazione devi uscire fuori dalla struttura (immagina se piovesse o d’inverno), hanno chiesto ben 35 euro per ogni notte di parcheggio dell’auto all’aperto! Nemmeno al centro di Milano. Pretenzioso e Sconsigliabile

Accoglienza cordiale, camera ampia ma un po’ rumorosa. In compenso mobili e bagno in ottimo stato. Colazione standard, peccato manchino prodotti locali (l’olio era toscano). Il parcheggio coperto in centro probabilmente vale il costo. A pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare.

Avevamo belle aspettative ma purtroppo disattese da una struttura con buone potenzialità ma con servizio da migliorare, sopratutto dal punto di vista della gentilezza ed attenzione nella gestione e cura al cliente ed alle sue richieste. Sono convinto che questa struttura migliorerà perché ci sono i margini , sia per la struttura comunque bella esternamente ed internamente ma sopratutto per la location , ma al momento non ci siamo. no. Forse il giudizio è un po’ severo ma l’approccio dello staff completamente sordo ed anche a tratti arrogantello , alle esigenze del visitatore ha contribuito al giudizio negativo . Manca quel tocco di umanità e attenzione necessari a mio avviso nell’hotelerie.
