Melia Ibiza - Adults Only

Nous avions passé un excellent séjour, le service est au top, les personnes qui y travaillent sont trop sympa. L’hôtel lui est magnifique, moderne et spacieux et la chambre avec vu sur mer est tout simplement splendide.

I give this hotel 5 stars, the food options and quality is great and the view from the room is to die for. We liked the location as it is just far enough to walk to more built-up areas. If the big clubs are your thing you may be a bit far away and as you are out of the action here. It is a fantastic hotel, location, food and staff - all good.

Santa Eulalia - Relaxed resort with plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely marina, all within a 10-15 minute walk along a promenade from the hotel. Regular ferry services to Ibiza town, Formantera and others. Hotel - Only 25-30 minutes from airport by car. Breakfasts great; Room compact but functional (deck chairs on all the balconies and terraces - tricky to get in and out of 😀); WiFi intermittent. Film crew around the hotel for 2-3 days (hotel has just been refurbished and rebranded) - not ideal. Background music on all the time around the pool - some days louder than others. No issues trying to find a sunbed. Staff friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the Melia in May 2024. We booked as the hotel looked lovely and modern in a great location. Although I rate the location, the overall hotel stay was very disappointing. The key point to note is the hotel is split in two: Melia and The Level. The Level gain access to the rooftop pool, a nicer breakfast restaurant and exclusive areas. This isn't clear when booking the hotel. We checked into room 402, the view was lovely but the room is small and basic (despite being advertised as a Junior Suit on the website). We arrived late to find the air conditioning wasn't working and the room was unbearably hot. I'm 4 months pregnant and this made a very uncomfortable night. We spoke to reception the next day and the issue was resolved. Unfortunately 2 days later we arrived to our room to find water leaking from the ceiling from the air conditioning unit. Again we contacted reception (twice) and a technician was called. He fixed the leak but no one checked in on us or provided any clean up - we just used towels provided to clean up the water. Not great from a 4 start hotel. The next issue was the shower. Not only does it require a good clean only one of the shower heads actually worked. You could also only have a shower at certain times as the pressure dropped in the evening resulting in only a cold shower or zero water for a hot shower. On one occasion we returned to room to find the door at been left open following cleaning and cleaning material left in the room. This was never picked up for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is also disappointing. It is fully self- service with no staff in attendance to assist you. There are coffee machines set up but not all work and being pregnant I can only drink decaffeinated - this isn't an option on the machine. The food selection is poor - hot milk, lumpy yogurt, bits of fruit, heated pastries. Nothing is marked up so impossible to see if anything contains nuts or allergens - my husband has a nut allergy so not great from our perspective. Overall the hotel look tired - it has been refurbished to a degree but bits look old and dirty overall. I would mention that staff are friendly and helpful at reception and the location is good. The pool area was nice with lots of seating (although areas are reserved for The Level which are never used). I left feeling disappointed with my stay and hoping for so much more given the reviews and how much we paid.

We have stayed here previously but it has this year 2024 just been refurbished. We stayed at 'The Level' high end side of this hotel. The upgrade is in my opinion well worth the little extra. You get of course a better room but other 'add ons' include the rooftop terrace and pool with bar and snacks within many loungers. Breakfast in the 'Level' area at ground level, which has been carefully decorated. Having both inside and outside comfortable seating. Soft drinks all day as well as snacks (fruit, pastries, wine and coffee) with very friendly and professional staff always offwrong to look after you. There is also a Tapas and drinks hour each day which is perfect after the pool! The hotel is run in a calm and friendly manor which we really enjoyed. Soft relaxing xhilled music filling the areas beautifully. We will certainly book this newly refurbished hotel again. Excellent!

We have stayed here multiple times before. The refurbishment in general really brings the Ibiza vibe to the hotel. The reception area is now very smart and welcoming and the seating they’ve added by the bar is lovely. The corridors to the rooms have also been improved greatly and the rooms themselves are much better. There are still a few things that aren’t the best though, the service by the pool is questionable. Waited an hour for two drinks to find they’d been given to the wrong sun loungers. The cardio equipment in the gym was pretty much all broken or not in use. The rooms themselves although they look great, the air-con didn’t work and made the nights sleep quite uncomfortable. The choice at breakfast is massive but there are quite a few things that aren’t labelled. E.g the yoghurt station has about 8 different yoghurts but just one label saying ‘Greek yoghurt’. Overall the hotel is very good but with some slight improvements it could really be fantastic.

Clean, classy, classically Iberian and cool. Soft Balearic tunes are always on, creating a classy holiday vibe at all times. Service was quick friendly and efficient. Breakfast was incredible. The best variety or highest quality ingredients. My only gripe was the standard of coffee (from a machine) in comparison to everything else was out of place. Rooms were clean, not huge, but fine for a couple, and we spent hardly anytime in there owing to the rest of the hotel being so nice. Light and flowing were the best way I can describe it. The whole thing is located about 10 m from the sea, and we even saw dolphins at breakfast one day. Poolside service was excellent with a full drinks menu and limited food access throughout the day. Easy walk into town for shops and restaurants. Adults only mean it is always quiet and very relaxing. We were only there for 3 days but felt like a week. Can’t recommend it enough. We will be going back.

Excellent three night stay at this beautiful freshly and tastefully decorated hotel. The view from The Level Room was stunning. Breakfast was excellent and very relaxing. The rooftop pool and all day drinks and snacks in the level lounge was a superb Bonus. Pool areas and communal areas are beautiful with many quiet spots to relax and enjoy the views. Short walk to the Center of Santa Eulalia where there are many excellent restaurants. We hired electric bikes from hotel and spent an amazing g day exploring the many calas nearby. Will hopefully return soon. Thank you to all of the lovely staff for looking after us so well. Wish we were there longer.

Last visited this hotel 7 years ago when it was called Sol Beach House Melia..loved it then loved it still. Preferred the name Sol Beach House and missed all the cute camper vans. Apart from that hotel didnt disappoint..solid 4 star hotel overlookng the beach with 2 pools plus roof top pool in attached next level. Didnt quite get the level just felt it all should be one. Lovely decent size sea view room...excellent breakfast...staff all good and friendly around pool and bar..professional on reception....shout out to Paloma and one of her female reception team . Looking forward to another visit. Drinks n food bit pricey.
