Good location

剛退房不到五分鐘、前台女服務員就拒絕使用衞生間， 空房很多，卻不安排入住，堅持要求必須四點過後才能安排入住，提出借用衞生間，也是一口拒絕 這樣的店，攜程也能合作？

CONS: - Seemed like they were undergoing renovations although nothing was publicly announced. - Hallway carpets were pretty filthy/stained - Was told at check in there would be warm breakfast in the morning (and their website published “continental” but this was a Grab and Go breakfast. Only options: bagels, yogurt, apple or orange. - A fluorescent light was right over my room #212 so it was never dark. - A palm tree was up against my window, so with the windy conditions, it kept me up at night. - They key badges didn’t work on the side gate PRO: - Close to the beach - Rooms are spacious and have been updated - Affordable

The dispensers inthe shower where dirty. The hot tub was green and had ndty yellow foam on top. It stated a 100$ deposit when you get there however i was charged 200 deposit

My boyfriend and I, don’t typically write reviews nor complain, but after our experience at Hotel Solares we felt like we needed to. The check in process was very straight forward and we were not greeted at all by the man at the front desk. The front area spelled of some unpleasant odor. We made our way into the hotel to see it was run down and not taken care of. As we made it to the side of the hotel where we believed our room was after looking at the other room numbers, we were told by another customer that the key card reader didn’t work on that door and we would have to go all the way back to the front desk or we could pick the lock by pushing our key on the side of the door to get in. From that point on me and my boyfriend felt very unsafe knowing anyone could get into the hotel. We got to our room to find what looked like snot on the walls. After we decided to get into one of the two hot tubs, only to find out that our key card didn’t work to get in! My boyfriend then reached his arm over the gate to open it. Neither jets were working on the hot tub and my boyfriend went to complain about the key card issue and the jets not working and the homeless and gangs that were just outside the fence of the hot tub. The man got mad at him for reaching over the fence to open the gate. We asked for a refund as we felt unsafe and the man refused to do so, even though we had only been there two hours. We checked out after two hours and went somewhere else and were given no refund!

This was a great place to stay with our pooch.. the small backyard was perfect for our pooch to play and do her thing!

The original room assigned to us was not made up, so we had to go back to the front desk to request a new room. The new room had quite a perfume smell of some sort that bothered me. Not much selection for breakfast.

The room was nice and big, however getting inand out of the jacuzzi tub/ shower was quite difficult being seniors. It was also a tad bit dark as the main lighting was high on the ceiling and only one bulb was working. And with no fan in the shower the steam would set the smoke detector off. When i booked the room the pictures showed a really nice room. Not the case here. Room was big yes, but everything was old, the couch was unsitable, too low to ground and sunk in the middle. However the main bed was very comfortable. The first night there there was a group of people that partied till 1 am even thought you have to sing a firm at check on you will respect the 10 pm quite time. But the second night was much better. Over all it was ok, would we stay there again...probably not.

Disappointing how run down it was. Rooms were dirty. Stained sheets and seats. A little upkeep could go very far as the location is great, the free parking and breakfast are nice.
