O restaurante é sofrível, bem como o atendimento.A comida não veio como especificada no menu, algumas partes da comida estavam salgadas,outras não, os pratos vieram à mesa sem colheres para servir, e tive que ir buscar as colheres,pois o garçom sumiu,o filé veio praticamente cru. Não sei como um lugar desses ainda se mantém.Se quiser ser tratado como lixo,este é o lugar.

Neste frio cruel que fez semana passada, nada como ter chuveiro com água quente à vontade. Quarto com climatização, cama e travesseiros ótimos, cortina vedando perfeitamente a janela. Café da manhã farto, sempre com várias cucas, salgados, frios, cafés variados. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. Ressaltando que não é um cinco estrelas, mas para a categoria é ótimo.

Já ficamos outras vezes no hotel e é muito bom e quero ressaltar a excelência do atendimento do funcionário Isaias, que sempre é extremamente córtex, café da manhã muito agradável cama confortável, fácil acesso ao centro da cidade por estar bem localizado.

Hotel de exelente qualidade, limpeza e estrutura. Fica num ponto central, a três quadras do local de eventos da cidade. as janelas e portas são duplas para evitar o barulho externo. Gostei muito e recomendo.

Minha estadia foi a trabalho, aproximadamente 30 dias. Devido à ótima localização, proporcionou comodidade na logística e estacionamento. Os funcionários são mto gentis e pró ativos. O pessoal da recepção:Daniel, Victor, Miguel, Átila é demais íntregra Yes do time me recepcionaram mto bem e me deram várias dicas da cidade. A Dora cuidou mto bem das reservas. O pessoal do café da manhã e restaurante são mto gentis. A Mara e o Isaías são excelentes !

Hotel bom, quantos limpos e ambiente agradável, porém no quarto tinha cheiro forte de cigarro, provavelmente o hóspede anterior era fumante, café da manhã bom, porém nenhuma opção de bolo ou algo do tipo para intolerância à lactose, sendo que perguntei na reserva a 1 mês antes e no dia do checkin foi nos repassado que no café da manhã avaria várias opções zero lactose, porém não havia nenhuma, somente as frutas

Hotel charrua é uma boa opção em Santa Cruz do Sul. Muito bom café, quarto com sacada mas penso que poderiam melhorar na acústica dos quartos. Também indico que na hora do check-in peçam quartos aos fundos do hotel para fugir dos barulhos. Localização excelente, perto de mercado, farmácias, bares e cafeterias.
