Very nice place to stay for a weekend trip. The room felt more like a mini apar**ent than a standard hotel room. The staff was very nice and everything was clean.

The stay was okay but the room didn’t smell well and the bathroom shower wasn’t clean enough. Tried to call room service but they didn’t answer. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

We loved all of the amenities here. Location was wonderful and quiet. We were here for a work trip(my husband and I). Front desk was very friendly upon checking in. The first night we smelled cigarette smoke pouring into our room. We called the next morning and they had someone come investigate. They cleaned our air filter and we had no more issues. Maintenance guy was very nice!

Excellent customer service at front desk!
Room was clean and cozy. Only complaint is that there was no hand soap in bathroom and shower supplies (body wash/shampoo) needed replenishing.
Otherwise, a very pleasant stay! Greal location and I love that parking was free. I look forward to returning when the pool is open.

The Tv did not work and we called the office they could not assist us in fixing the issue. They offered to change our room but no upgrade so I decided to try and fix it myself hours later still no tv. I then went to the office I was told no maintenance was on site and the only answer is to change rooms I again asked will we at least receive an upgraded room again I was told no. We eventually changed rooms and the new room smells like smoke our original room was a non smoking room and now the tv works but we can hardly breathe due to the smoke smell. I should have trusted the reviews but this was last minute and in the area we needed to be in visiting all the way from Texas. Definitely will never stay here again

I liked the place alright, but they charged me a fee for smoking and said I left cigarettes in a cup in the room. I don’t smoke!!! This didn’t happen. Seems like a scam to try to make a little more money. Customer service implied I am a liar. Way to lose a customer.

Amazing hotel. It is a really like an apar**ent. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. We felt very safe.

I had absolutely no complaints! Everyone was friendly, check in was simple and fast, and the apr**ent was very clean. It was very quiet and the location was convenient. 10 out of 10 star rating and I will definitely be back!
