These apar**ents are nicely fitted out and comfortable. However it is let down by small things, rubbish from the last guest still in the kitchen bin and bathroom and so on. The included breakfast was trying hard, but three day old stale croissants were really not up to scratch by any analysis.

Beautiful, relaxing and homely hotel in a great location in Sandy Bay.
Lovely in-room touches like having the heating and radio on on arrival.
Great resources regarding local walks etc. Too which was a lovely touch.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay near Hobart.

The Rivulet was a beautiful property with all the amenities for a short stay in Hobart. We loved how close it was to battery point and the Salamanca market. Though we drove we loved taking cheap Ubers to dinner at de Angelo and to the Salamanca market in the morning (which the staff were kind to let us stay parked through though we had already checked out). The Ubers saved what we thought might be difficult weekend parking in town. The breakfast in the am was also delicious with kind service and nice conversation with the other guests. And the cherry on top were the cozy robes provided! We would definitely stay again!

We had planned to stay 3 nights at the Rivulet, loved it so much we stayed 6 nights.
This place is comfort and luxury.
The old house has been renovated with taste and you feel so welcomed.The port offered il the lounge was a nice touch as well as the guest scullery with tea, coffee and wine.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, specially loved the French quiche.
And the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff are remarkable.

Beautiful house good location for food and bar across the way in the Boardwalk centre.
Petrol station across the road which is handy. Nice area

Absolutely stunning property. The room are great and bathroom very spacious and modern. The garden is to die for. The dining room is amazing (and their breakfast too). The staff is very responsive and very nice. Easy parking spot on property. Very close from the main place by (5 min) or walk (30 min). Worth every $ - Highly recommend!!!

A beautifully restored classic building. Totally gutted and relined and the resume is just beautiful. The lady quietly attending to the needs of lodgers over breakfast was very amiable.
