Very nice view, friendly staff, rooms are fine. Everything is fine, lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Quite good overall!

Ottimo albergo, lontano dal caos del lungomare e dei locali. Con l’automobile si arriva in pochissimi minuti all’autostrada o al centro di Sanremo. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Da notare il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. L’unico neo è rappresentato dalla temperatura dell’acqua della doccia, non abbastanza calda.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil, belle chambre, grande piscine. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel à notre prochaine venue à Sanremo

Un très bon hôtel, bel accueil, petit déjeuné varié, satisfaite de la piscine. Le seul bémol les équipements de la chambre à re voir. Merci

Hotel 4**** stelle 120 euro a notte per il 14 maggio, si trova in una posizione scomodissima per arrivare e non basta, entri e ti ritrovi in un labirinto, se non fossi stanco e non avessi valige sarebbe un bel gioco, ma siamo anche adulti e non abbiamo voglia di giocare. Paghiamo per una camera e dei servizi. Non troviamo nulla di quello che ci aspetterebbe da un hotel 4 stelle. Ma neppure se di stelle ne avesse tre le soddisferebbe. Le camere sono in una sorta di sottosuolo, puzzo di umido e muffa, materasso vecchissimo, per non parlare delle coperte anni'40 Il frigo in camera vuoto, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, non dico gratis ma nemmeno a pagamento. Se hai sete devi rifare il percorso labirinto a ritroso e quando trovi l'uscita cercare un bar, che vicino non c'è. Una tristezza infinita, scomodo e puzzolente, per la modica cifra di 120 a notte nel mese di maggio... Assurdo. Da evitare. Pessimo: qualità/ prezzo assolutamente squilibrata. Ma anche costasse 50 euro a notte, preferirei l'ostello.

Really nice view from the room - and spacious room, which was good. Also - front desk staff was helpful and professional. However, there is nothing else indicating this is a four star hotel - breakfast very mediocre (don't buy it, not worth it!) , pool seemed very old and not clean (we didn't try it) homepage says there is free shuttle to the city/train station, that is however not the case is arriving/leaving before 09.00 or after 18 - and between those hours, we never managed to book the shuttle, it was fully booked, we had to walk. Would never go back.

The pictures showed a nice modern hotel but when we came the pool was closed and the hotel was in a very poor condition.

Excellent.clean..friendly beautiful scenery...and perfection in a beautiful place.

Poor maintenance and shabby fixes are quite visible everywhere. Probably, a used-to-be nice hotel which now has a star too many.

Nice hotel, good pool. Good rooms for families however the air condition was quite poor. Lunch service good be a bit more better.

Not even close to 3 star very old hotel bad beds and pillows. Nice view from top floor rooms good pool bar but everything is really in the need of maintenance the bottom of pool is getting lose broken toilet and sink in room , breakfast was mostly cakes the eggs were powder eggs with to much water! Long walk to everything 1/2 hour to downtown and very steep hill to walk home!
