I booked Front high view and when I arrived at hotel the staff give me to chose between 2 side view room at lower level without revising the price down as per their hotel prices. Avoid this place!! Staff / management didn't ofer alternatives, explanations or apologise.

Super clean! Friendly staff! Option Breakfast € 12.00. Room rates very reasonable. Might have a lower rating because pool “no included”. Very convenient location. Parked the car (free parking), walked for 2 days! Highly recommend a room facing the beach. Lovely balcony. Front Staff speak English/French/Italian. Calgary Canada. Love to return!!

We stayed just one night in Sanremo, at the Hotel Lolli Palace. Very good, easy to find location overlooking the sea, with parking on-site. Our side, sea facing room was quite large & the bed comfortable; everything was clean, and the service at reception friendly & efficient. The only negative is the constant, through the night traffic noise, permeating the double glazed windows; the only way of mitigating this is to have the white noise from the AC together with ear plugs.

This was the only shortlisted hotel we managed to book for our stay. When we arrived, we discovered they had no porters to help with our luggages, especially when their car park was a tight squeeze outside the hotel building. The bedroom was a good size- the sea view was appreciated but we did not expect the noise level from the busy continuous traffic to be so loud and so distressful! All through the night as well!! There was only 1 waste bin in the entire room- one more in the bedroom would be helpful. The bedroom was clean n spacious but no frills. Well located to explore the city and to access restaurants. Bring your own umbrellas.

This is a fantastic hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms and amazing service at every level. The beds and pillows are top-notch and we woke every morning relaxed and ready for the day ahead. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Every request was met with a smile and seen to straight away. We made this our base for a rather long stay and would gladly come back.

As the hotel's carpark was full we had to leave the car in the public parking outside just along the sea. The position is really good if you want to use the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There's only one lift there so being on the top floor was a bit of a pain when waiting for the lift. There was a bit of an issue with the key as at one point it wasn't working and due to miscommunication it took a while until we could enter the room after having been to the beach. Really nice rooms though with lovely view and a great large bathroom. The breakfast I can't fault.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unapropriate , I dont understand how a palace hotel would have such rude staff , I will not accept paying for a room and being talked to in such manner , if I wasnt so tired from the drive i would of walked out. We wont return due to how rude the staff was . Pathetic attitue .

Niet gastvrij, geen of foute info over hondvriendelijke strand. Bij sportevenement beperkt parkeren en geen info over alternatieven. Geen koffie aan de bar, duidelijk uit onwil want daags erna kregen anderen wel koffie. Airco afstandsbediening na 6 dagen gekregen (had bij inchecken gemoeten). Wifi code bij navraag (niet op kamer aanwezig, net zoals tv bediening): 'hangt daar aan de muur'....Geen info over restaurant, mogelijkheden? Afstandsbediening tv leeg. Ontbijt, weing brood keuze, koffiekoppen de helft niet schoon. Bij ontbijt van busreizigers kunnen ze het niet aan. Onvoldoende servies, drank brood en beleg. Kamer klein, nauwelijks kastruimte, badkamer klein met haperende douche: warm water beperkt. Grote barst in wastafel, schimmel in voegen douche/bad. Enige goede was het schoonmaken van de kamer: vriendelijke dames die goed werk leverden.
