Hotel is very clean, rooms are excellent. There is no front desk but check in and check out is easy with an automatic machine. The town is very silent and close to mountain. The only problem is it takes around an hour from bergamo airport and there may be traffic.

Hotel molto carino e comodo per chi vuole poi andare alle terme, letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi. La stanza è molto accogliente e pulita. Sistema tutto tecnologico dal check in alla serratura delle stanze e non reca nessun problema.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'assitenza è stata al top, come pure i servizi offerti. La struttura si presenta molto bene ed i servizi offerti sono molto più che soddisfacenti. La camera, come tutto l'hotel, è molto pulita, ordinata e gradevole. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Tutto bene, abbiamo prenotato in giornata e ci hanno fatto tenere il bambino di due anni in camera doppia. Garage a pagamento. Per il resto tutto ottimo, set cortesia in camera con prodotti per il corpo super apprezzato e in zona reception biscotti caffè frutta a disposizione anche questo apprezzato!

This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. What bothered us the most was the fact we weren't told that the access to the spa, purchased with booking the hotel, meant access for the check out day - not the check in. If we would've known, we would've changed our schedule to make the most of our spa day.

I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel for my stay in San Pellegrino! Probably the best value out of any place I have ever stayed in my life (and I travel non stop). The check in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Andrea was a stand out as he gave me great advice on hiking trails, where to get some essentials, and some recommendations for the spa and area. The room was wonderful, made even more exceptional by the complementary minibar full of local snacks and a range of San Pellegrino beverages to try. Not only this but the complementary toiletry kit was a super high standard and very luxurious. I loved using the Marshall amp speaker for my music and was pleased by the supersonic hairdryer. This was a 10/10 stay, I only wish I had longer here it was hard to leave. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, even the most discerning of guests. Thank you to the QC Room team for making my stay so perfect. I will be back!

Qc hotel Is perfect, confort and a Good balance price/quality

The check in is quick and easy. The room we got was very clean and equipped with all the things you might need: collection of soaps, dryer, food, drinks, speaker, tablet, TV etc As it is very close to QC Terme it was very convenient as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Check-in: Make sure to continue past the QC Terme building on the main street. Parking is not included however there is a parking garage in relation to QC Room. For you tech savvy individuals you’ll have no problem with your self check-in. Lobby: The lobby is designed to cater to tired travelers, with a Nespresso machine and a range of snacks including cookies, nuts, dried fruit, and seasonal offerings. There is also a bar cart with a selection of spirits. The lobby also has a space for people to work or relax. Rooms: The rooms are designed to cater to guests who prioritize their wellness, with clean, minimalistic decor and luxurious amenities such as a Dyson blow dryer, a full toiletry kit, a Nespresso machine, a Marshall speaker, and a weighted ball and yoga mat that provide suggested workouts through a QR code. On the nightstand, you'll find an iPad butler that allows you to surf the web and provides information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. The first floor rooms have a patio. Housekeeping services the room daily, restocking items such as the minibar, towels, toiletry kits, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast: It is recommended to plan for breakfast at a different location, as the QC Room only offers a small packaged cookie and coffee for breakfast. Check-out: Checking out is easy. Simply let the person working in the front lobby know when you are ready to leave. Getting to the spa: The walk to the spa is a short walk however down the ramp through the parking lot.

Great everything but no staff on hand and the check-in process takes away all the time and desire from one to stay at the hotel

A very cool modern and super clean hotel to stay in with a lot of added extras that we weren't expecting. The sets of toiletries and free soft drinks were amazing and made it special. Perfect location for exploring the area, spa as well as local hikes. The snacks in the lobby more than enough for breakfast. Would stay again and recommend.
