Hotel Casa Blanca 7

Nice property, centrally located and close to amenities. Two issues during my stay. Firstly, upon arrival we informed the front desk staff we don’t need the cleaning room service. On the same day, in evening and while we were out we had the hotel staff entered our room for cleaning. Interestingly, the room was not clean when we returned which was suspicious. Second concern, the fountain right outside our window was working well into the night making noise. When called the front desk no one picked up the phone. I went down (around 1:30 AM) to ask the front desk to do something about it however, the person at front desk was sleeping and not available to assist.

Very convenient location and very helpful staff made our stay very pleasant.

My husband and I were celebrating our 24 wedding anniversary. We love SMA and go almost every year. This was our first time staying at Casa Blanca 7. It was amazing. The staff including Javier, Juan, Edwin and Fidel were top notch. Their attention to detail was amazing and they made us feel like 1M bucks. Thank u gentleman!!

The staff is so great and corteous. Every ask that we had from them, they help with the best attitude and super positive best vibe. They definitely went the extra mile to help out either on amenities for the room, recommendations of things to do, and or friendly attitude as to making your stay the best experience possible.

Service was excellent! Had my bridal party get ready at the hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful! Rooftop was also fantastic.

Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply ensuring that we had everything we needed, the staff's attentiveness was unparalleled. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of our stay. The room was impeccably maintained, with beautiful furnishings and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the on-site dining options were a culinary delight. In summary, our experience at Hotel Casa Blanca 7 was simply outstanding. Thanks to their incredible staff and their dedication to make us feel at home. Loved this hotel. Staff was amazing. Very helpful with things to do and restaurant. In fact, the hotel restaurant was excellent, breakfast and dinner!
