This hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Always plenty of available sunbeds. Snack bar food enjoyable. Restaurant has usual buffet offerings and the restaurant can be busy at peak times. You get one free a la carte meal per 7 night stay and this was amazing. Pool surround can be slippy when wet so take care. Entertainment seemed ok but we never stayed to watch as there is nowhere to sit without an obstructed view. Nothing really to do in surrounding area although there are a few restaurants and an Irish bar, but the hotel offers a great free shuttle bus to Los Cristianos/Playa de las Americas daily. Would be better if there was a water/soft drink station to self serve as queues were some times long but were quick moving.

Will definitely go back to this hotel again,had a lovely time , all staff extremely pleasant & hotel spotlessly clean .

This was a very last minute booking for me as a solo traveller and the only option at the time of booking was The Favourite Club room. Although the room and hotel are spotless, the added facilities for the favourite club, of designated dining area and designated sun bathing area are clearly not worth it. These areas are not checked by staff and it appears anyone can use these amenities, even though you pay extra to use them. The favourite club lounge is a nice quiet area and can only be accessed with a key card. Food is ok. Reception and bar staff extremely friendly. Would probably return but not pay the extra for the Favourite Club.

Lovely modern hotel very clean rooms are nice and big bathrooms beds are comfortable, with all inclusive i would have thought you would get milk with your coffee and sugar but you didn't and only 2 bottles of water then you have to refill them when empty, what we didn't like was the food it was the same every meal time evry day no variety or something different

Rubbish food and drinks. Rude staff especially Hose in the main bar at night, seemed like he doesn't like the British. I caught him saying stuff behind guests backs a couple of times. Food is bland, literally all the food tastes the same from the pasta to the lamb chops. The meat on the grill is always overdone... Truly horrible dining experience, then again you would think the abundance of flies in the restaurant may add flavour... Overall rubbish stay, wish we didn't stay here...who has Brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots and cabbage for breakfast? Then at lunch there are chopped up veg mixed with mash and slapped on top of thin pieces of bread and made to look like hors d'oeuvres... Crazy, can't fool us, guests were laughing at what this restaurant was trying to pull...

The staff at this hotel are to be applauded nothing was too much trouble. Our room 4305 was very spacious had a huge balcony and was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely staff.. we had a great week only downside was entertainment just not to my taste but this didn’t put us off and we would definitely return.

Try and keep it simple, just back from this hotel, all staff from check in to leaving are so friendly and are a credit to the hotel so thank you. We were upgraded to a suite block 4 and it was beautiful, beautiful view, shower great, fridge in room, kettle tea/coffee and safe free of charge, room cleaned daily to a good standard.. My only negative is the restaurant it’s far to busy and when my friend stayed a few years ago the restaurant in block 4 was open morning and lunch and she said it was great, not as busy, so I think because of the size of the hotel this should be an option, the bar in block 4 we went to as it was so relaxed.. I always found something to eat but have been to better 4 star hotels with better food options. Staff in restaurant work very hard so this is nothing to do with them it’s the lack of choice. We had snacks at the pool bar on a lunch time just because how busy.. Overall a lovely stay, thank you again for the upgrade and bottle of pressco in room for our anniversary, it’s these things that make a difference..

We stayed here in October 2023. Staff absolutely fantastic. 100% brilliant. The food well what can I say if you cannot find something to eat in this hotel there is something wrong with you. The food is absolutely amazing. Plenty to chose from and if you are willing to try different things. Then this hotel is for you. Rooms beautiful cleaned everyday. The cleaning workforce brilliant polite and hard working. The pools and entertainment fantastic. In a beautiful area if you are looking to relax and do nothing. As that is what we went for. Enjoyed it that much when we were still at the hotle I booked for me and my hubby to come back this year. See you on the 29th September 2024. Can't wait. Amanda and Barrie
