We had to find a place to stay last minute found this one. It was so nice my family loved it especially the Starbucks they had on the property the restaurant was also convenient food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this property to family in friends if they are ever in Mexico

Great customer service. Very clean rooms. Area around was safe for us to park our vehicle. Nice place to eat close by.

Hotel and room were both clean and in good condition. There was parking on the property with security 24/7 and directly across the street that also belongs to the hotel. The buffet was right off the lobby and the food was delicious. Definitely worth it.

I chose this property because they had a pool and hot tub yet nothing worked. Asked several times to turn hot tub heat up higher and never did get hot. Paid double than the others nice hotel in town that didn’t have a pool and hot tub.

Horrible experience this time we stayed here before and was excellent this time was really bad shower was dirty the window in the room wasn’t close right so the wind was blowing inse the room one 2 towels ror 4 guest they need to keep it up bad experience

The staff was very helpful and professional. They accommodated our requests for conjoined rooms with a smile. The property is clean, modern and well staffed.
The parking could be improved but isn't a show stopper. Considering other options in San Luis, this is our go-to option.

The hotel is gorgeous inside and out! The pool area was so relaxing and a great place to unwind after exploring the town. The staff was awesome and very attentive. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
