NO Coffee, no bar of soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Just a liquid soap and 2 bath towels, no hand towel. Its just a bed for a night with No frills. Definitely will not be staying there again in the future.
Woman at front check in was very nice, after getting to her with a line of 10 people in front of us having to wait outside the door in the heat as entry is very small.

The room was small . When we asked for another room we were told none were available. The air conditioning was loud but still did not drown out road noise . I did not feel safe going out at night. There was a free shuttle to cruise port. Would not stay here again. Don’t know how it was rated high

Not sure where to start. Our sheets were not changed for the entire five nights we were there. Beds were never made. We only had two towels when we checked in and only got two clean ones when I went to the front desk and begged for them. There was NO soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the bathroom (I went out and bought some for us to use) There was seldom anyone at the front desk hence no service, the room keys had the room numbers written on them and when you check out you just left them in an unsecured plastic box on the front desk where there was no one in attendance. Location was good but I simply cannot recommend this hotel.

Extremely regret to book the place! The highway is next to the hotel. Absolutely can’t sleep when crazy noise from outside. No coffee, only cold water available.

Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet neighborhood, central to everything in San Juan and the staff was friendly and attentive. Bathroom was outdated, make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Did the job but hotel was very outdated and small. Noisy due to being right near the highway. Again, get what you pay for. Air was controlled by front desk and was very inconvenient to have to go down and get them to come change the room temp. Staff was very nice & rooms were clean.

Nice people but no sheets on bunks. No hand towels or wash rags. No hand soap. No coffee in room. Bunk beds were very uncomfortable for adults.

Helpful front desk. Room was not clean, there was hair and dirt on the sheets. No frills, glad we were only there to sleep, it wouldn’t have been comfortable to stay for any length of time.
