The view and location were good, but the room condition felt like a hostel and there was no trash can in the room the bedroom too .and bedding was not clean(many dust and something)

Disappointed. The rooms are very old. We stayed 2 nights but they did not clean the room. We did not try the food, but the menu is very limited. Hopefully we rented motorbike, as the place is far from restaurants and shops...

The overall experience was okay. Aircon is not enough to cool the room. No bidet in the toilet. Most of the wall sockets are not working. Expensive foods and drinks compared to other restaurants.

The view is priceless, very beautiful and that is more than I expect ....

The whole place is rundown. The room is not clean and the bathroom smells of sewage. Very unpleasant stay. Only one person in the restaurant serves. The table and table cloths are dirty. This place is unhygienic. Please note: the owners are Chinese. I don't normally do reviews but in this case, I need to. I can't understand why running a Resort without maintaining it. I can't recommend this place to you. You're just wasting your money.

We stayed for 5 nights, the room is clean and big. Staff are nice. Our room has a Seaview and hood sunset view. The restaurant food is good for extra. Big pool. Private beach but no shoreline.

I booked for 3 rooms. One of the rooms has a leaking ceiling when it rained hard last Dec. 29 night time

Location is good but the water in the CR is not good. Even the aircon is not cold :(

Stayed here for £44 per night. Had to move room as the first one was dirty and with spiders all over the room. Was told water would be provided in the room but this wasn’t the case and no refrigerator. Reception provided bottled water which was nice. Pool was great and lovely view of the ocean.

My stay here was okay. They need more staffing instead of just the one person they keep at the desk. Someone left my window open so I spent the night eaten up by mosquitoes. Was kind of clean but a random speedo or woman's bikini bottom was left in my room. Staff didn't come to take away dishes from the room or to otherwise provide upkeep. Staff is friendly but not very helpful, often unable to answer questions I asked. Breakfast was over priced for what it was so I wasn't tempted to order any other food. Great view from the pool though. The sliding doors are extremely heavy and difficult to open and close. It's an okay resort but for the price you'll likely find better. Thanks.

The place was nice and the pools are amazing but the AC unit wasn’t able to keep the room cool. Additional staff might also be needed for such a huge place for faster service. Shower heads need to be replaced as it’s only set to mist spray.

Nag enjoy ng sobra sobra ang mga anak ko napakaganda ng resort na ito. It's the best place I can recommend to have a peaceful beautiful place to hangout and relax with your loved ones 😍😍😍🥰
