I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉

Very clean hotel with very spacious lobby and rooms. Great reception with kindness. Parking was convenient with a fee. Many restaurants around the area.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, management did not offer compensation. They said they would call but they haven't.

SUCH A FAMOUS HOTEL NAMED SHERATON, BUT NO ENOUGH OF BASIC AMENITY, TOOTH BRUSH, PASTE, COMB, SHAVER, SLIPPER....... NOTHING HAVE AND NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR ROOM ARRANGEMENT. BREAKFAST ARE POOR AND ITS UNDER A BASIC STANDARD.

Very clean hotel! Room is large!! Starbucks and Hawaii Supermarket are nearby, therefore, it is convenient to buy necessities.

The rooms and the hotel itself are very nice. Modern facilities, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet, which cost $25 a person, was an underwhelming continental selection. And they charged a daily fee for parking in their garage. The front desk did offer a $10 credit when they heard about my dissatisfaction with the breakfast buffet, so that is something.

The Asian receptionists here was so great. The bed was so amazing, you can have a great time there. When you are available,take your kids to swimming pool to experience the the California swimming pool with salty water. I love this as lot. Really a nice hotel for *********. Remember to enjoy the swimming pool with salty flavor.

Amazing experience! We asked if we could check in early just out of sheer curiosity and they were very accommodating. They didn’t have a room at first but then had a room available shortly after. Overall staff were very nice and the room was very clean. The room was also very spacious! We stayed on the fifth floor and it had a large lobby to sit, study, and/or talk with friends: The hotel is in a small Asian/chinese district. Lots of Chinese food and markets to go to!

This hotel is in most convenient location possible. There are many Asian restaurants and shopping places in walking distance. The best of it of course is the typical Sheraton quality.
