I recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel during my business trip to San Francisco and here are my thoughts: Location: The location of the hotel is quite good. Although the area is quiet at night, there are many places to visit during the day. The neighborhood is very central, not far from Chinatown, just a 15-minute walk away. Security: The security at the hotel is excellent. It is very secure and they do not let just anyone enter. Credit Card Policy: A major downside, not directly related to the hotel itself, is the strict credit card policy. Even though I paid everything online, presenting a credit card at check-in is mandatory. Without it, you might end up sleeping outside. Additionally, at check-out, there's an unexpected mandatory state tax charged to your card, which you are not informed about beforehand. This is a compulsory tax for the state of California. Room: The room was decent. It had a small fridge, but nothing for brushing your teeth. I don’t know if it’s typical of American hotels, but I find showers without hand showers inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. I have some doubts about the cleanliness of the thick carpet, though it seemed clean. Instead of curtains, there are blinds on the windows, which I found disappointing. Breakfast: I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided. Only coffee is offered in the morning and wine in the afternoon, but honestly, I don't care for the wine. We need food. I had to walk 15 minutes to a Seven Eleven to get something to eat and drink. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was quite good and worked very well. Overall, the Galleria Park Hotel has some good points, but there are several areas where it could improve.

What I liked the most was the personalized attention we received; unlike the impersonal treatment often found elsewhere, here we felt like valued guests rather than mere passersby. The rooms, particularly the gallery suite and triple room we reserved, were spacious and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The quality of the beds was very good. Very nice and cozy to have a drink during the happy hour at the lobby by the fireplace. All in all, it's a gem in a sea of impersonal lodging options, and we look forward to returning in the future.

My coworkers and I stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel for our annual fundraiser. The staff were insightful, polite, and were even versed on our organization's cause which led to fun conversations. The rooms were completely clean and stocked with everything a guest could ask for. Any question I asked was answered and resolved immediately and to my utmost satisfaction. The location of the Galleria Park Hotel is excellent as well! Near public transit, restaurants, a gym, and more.

The staff here are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable for our work trip. The rooms were clean and modern, and I loved the amenities. They even have an evening sip hour where you can get a glass of wine. This hotel provides great value for what you pay.

Our group had the best stay here! The rooms were all comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The team helped us with storing items, loading vehicles, etc. This will definitely be our first choice hotel every time that we're in San Francisco!

10/10 recommend staying at Galleria Park Hotel! I booked a block of rooms for our staff during our yearly fundraiser. The entire experience was superb and everyone on our staff commented on how they had an excellent stay. All of the hotel staff was exceedingly helpful, especially for our special requests for deliveries, refrigeration, storage, and printing while we prepped for out fundraiser. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

I had a great stay at Galleria Park. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. I had dinner at their on property restaurant Le Parc Bistro and it was great! The hotel is located in a great central location, but what really made my stay was the amazing staff! Can’t wait to return.

This hotel is lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here. Well located too. Room was comfortable and stylish and the lobby was stylish too. And coffee in the morning downstairs, plus cocktails (martinis I think?) are served at happy hour in the lobby. I recommend highly.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were so friendly. It was a joy being greeted by them and the doormen as we came and left throughout the day. We stayed in the Gallery Suite with an adjoining king room for our family of 4 and it was perfect! The decor throughout the hotel and in the rooms is modern yet funky and quaint. The squishy pillows and bed were dreamy. The 3rd floor outdoor space and garden was a lovely respite from the bustling city. The evening wine was a plus. Close to everything. An older building perfectly redone. A perfect stay for us and would definitely stay again!
