Last minute booking accommodated no problem, room was spacious warm and comfortable, complete with a microwave and fridge. Excellent location with sea views, and the weather was fantastic.

Great location looking out over the sea. Nice walks and cafes in the area as well. We will definitely be back.

My stay was wonderful, from finding my key under the mat due to a late check in, to having three beds to choose from and a spa bath. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great location, close to shops, and Napier township. Lovely view towards the water, and plenty of green space, and close to boardwalk. Had a Studio room, ground floor, large in size but very dark, needed sheer drapes pulled, as room adjacent to a walkway.Did hear noise from room above, with people walking around, so would request a top floor room. Bed firm, good amenities. Stayed 3 nights, towels charged daily, but bed made only once, but nothing cleaned. Nice to have Spa bath. The shower was over the spa bath, which could be difficult for some, if you cannot climb into the bath area to shower. Would like to have had support handles or grab bars to feel safer climbing in and out. Overall stay enjoyable.

Very comfortable, great view of the ocean. Also, staff very accommodating when we unexpectedly needed an extension, another day.

We loved staying here, a fabulous setting with a large lawned area outside our room with unobstructed views of the ocean. Large, very clean room with loungers outside the patio door, and free parking outside the entrance. There are a few restaurants close by, with pleasant walks by the small harbour, although the centre of Napier with all the art deco buildings is a 10 minute drive away.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with an oversize king bed. It has excellent facilities and is a short distance from the art deco centre of town.

Loved the quiet and the family atmosphere. Will definitely stay again in the future ☺️

Kitchenette was a bonus, lovely sea views and everything we needed. About an 35 min walk into main town with local restaurants close by Only negative was large bathroom with a very small shower.
