Location is fine but the hotel area is not too safe at night as there are a number of homeless people on the street.

A well located inexpensive small hotel in San Francisco. Close to famous Union Square, Fisherman Wharf, Alcatraz, Chinatown etc.
Staffs were great. The bed in the room bed is very comfy. If given room is facing main road, at midnight is noisy, a few street people with loud voices, some will play loud music, might be a disturbance if one who are sensitive or plan to sleep well, luckily not me as I like to get the feeling of the real American lifestyle.
One more thing, if driving there for holidays, one who will go roaming in the day before 9am and back to the hotel after 7pm, will be bless for free parking at night, only just need to be careful to choice the right side of the road for odd or even days night free parking.

지하철 시빅센터에서 걸어서 10-15분 정도 입니다

Very nice hotel. Our room was spotless. Friendly staff (especially Julianna, who was very helpful). The bedding is top notch about as comfy a bed as I've ever experienced in a hotel - and I've traveled a lot. The hotel is centrally-located. Union Square is close by as is Market St, The Civic Center BART station is four blocks south. Take Hyde. There is an excellent and well-stocked convenience store at 500 Larkin St called SF Organica. La Cocina Municipal Marketplace. is also nearby. One caveat: the hotel is secure, but unless you're used to living in a dense, urban environment, the neighborhood can be a bit intimidating for outsiders. There is a very visible unsheltered population wandering the area. Try to get a room off the street if you are not used to city noise, although traffic is minimal late at night.

Lots was misssing: ice bucket, telephone, working coffee maker, tea, leaking toilet, unscrewed tap, sticky floors, dirty unvacummed hallways and stairs, Very noisy: the neighbourhood is very dirty and is full of drunks, druggies, screamers, cars, motorcycles, and right across the front door,, there is a portable trailer with a generator for toilet use for the homeless. The noise is 24 hours a day. I couldn't sleep. Easy access to the Bart transport system and close to other tourist areas.
