The room was large and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location. It is several miles from the airport and is nestled among a garden center and shopping mall.

We stay only for the night, had to take a flight early in the morning so its closeness to the airport was very convenient.

The staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation to the airport at 4 AM. The room was huge and very clean. It was extremely handy to have shopping and restaurants so close by.

Close to Torino airport. Ideal for short stay due to connecting flights.
However, note that reaching Torino for a day visit is difficult.

Super clean. Quiet. New. Very very nice staff. Amazing kitchen. Only weird thing is there is NOTHING in the kitchen. Not even cutlery so im not sure what the point is. There is no shuttle at this hotel. Only taxi that the hotel calls for you. which will run you 20 euros one way.

Let's start with the positive, the hotel serves it's purpose being close to the airport, ample parking outside and large rooms. Until check-in, everything seemed fine, however once we got to the room we were surprised with the room feeling extremely hot. Efforts to switch on the a/c proved futile, which is when we decided to call reception, only to be told that due to very big expenses in energy bills in the past months the a/c had to be kept switched off. Now I understand prices are rising globally, both for service providers and for common mortal users like myself. However for a hotel to actually admit they are keeping the a/c off due to utility expenses is certainly one step short of crazy. At night the room was unbearable with multiple guests opening their terrace door, only to let fresh air come in mingled with the smell of manure from a nearby farm! I believe at the very least we should have been notified of this a/c problem upon checkin, possibly even before checkin to ensure we could seek a better option, but alas we might have been asking for too much!

Concierge arranged 4.45am pickup by taxi to airport.

Nice and modern Hotel. Spaceious and clean room with fridge. A/C. Free and save parking in basement.
Felt safe and it was quiet. There is though a bit of noice from Torino AirPort. Nice to have a large grosery shop nearby and a local restaurant. As a stop for a family of five, from Venice to Paris, this was a Great choice.

We were only at the hotel for a short nights sleep before catching a an early morning flight.
The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.
