Late at night at the last minutes I was tired from driving with my kids. Laura at the front desk was so nice and understanding she gave us an extra blanket and pillow for the kids ,she smiled the whole time made us feel comfortable we will definitely come back thank you Laura

First off, the price seemed too high at $203 for one night, but I assumed the experience would be a cut above, especially the service - nope. Second, while no one else was in the lobby when I checked in, the clerk seeked to be in a hurry to get rid of me. For instance when I was advised to sign the electronic tablet she only turned it half way around and I was unable to contort myself to make a signature so I kindly asked to help me by turning the screen around further. She seemed like I was troubling her with my request and only seemed able to move the unit a few additional inches. But to my surprise the only thing on the screen was a signature box, with nothing showing about what I was signing for. I asked her what I was signing for and she curtly took back the monitor, scrolled up to the top of the screen which allowed me to see the specifics of the billing (it was not obvious to me that the signature screen allowed screening, especially from the difficult viewing angle). When I started signing on the tablet, as soon as I released the pen after entering my first name, the system immediately disabled the signature box and asked me to complete my entry before allowing me to sign my last name. So I pressed the CLEAR button and entered my first/last name without releasing the pen pressure on the screen. As you might expect, she never offered me a receipt copy so the next morning on checkout, I went by the office to get a printed receipt. I then asked why I wasn't given the WiFi password and she retorted that there wasn't a password - frustrating that I missed the opportunity to use the internet so I accessed the system from my car since it was now checkout time. But lo and behold, after about 15 minutes the system booted me and I could no longer access the system without a password, which of course Motel 6 never provided.

Left something very important behind and Yesenia in the front made sure it was returned. Been here quite a few times and the staff is pretty awesome. Rooms are usually up to par for a motel 6. Thanks again yesenia
