Excellent service, great breakfast with a view, plenty of food and tea choice. Up on the hill, breathtaking view overseeing Schloss Drachenburg. Perfect! Spacious and comfy room with a great view! Clean as spotless, only suggestion is the water pressure of the shower. Everything else is perfect!

從法蘭克福出發，自駕158公里終於來到位於西德時期首都波恩郊外Konigswinter的七峯山，沿着山路慢慢散步，俯瞰見證德國曆史的“龍堡”和最美萊茵河谷段！超幸運的是就在出發前一週居然被我訂到了位於半山腰上的具有百年歷史的施柏閣大觀酒店。走入大堂還意外發現江爺爺和克林頓等好多世界各國的領導人都下榻過此地。這家酒店就類似魔都的西郊賓館、帝都的釣魚台…放下行李，沿着酒店後山的步道逐級而上，一邊體驗天然氧吧的美好，一邊發現中世紀教堂遺址、Petersberg山路火車站舊址的神奇。

這家酒店性價比很高，環境和房間條件超過國內五星級酒店。更有價值的是1、酒店在萊茵河中段，古堡和中世紀建築集中的地段。去德國遊萊茵河住這個酒店是最佳選擇。2、酒店離龍堡徒步1小時可達。3、酒店在國家公園內，地處山頂，觀萊茵極佳。4、酒店有100年歷史，多國政要如伊麗莎白女王、美國總統等均住過這家酒店

Klassiek en mooi hotel. Ligging bovenop heuvel zodat je mooi zicht hebt over de Rijn. Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer van alle comfort voorzien met goed bed. Zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Ook de wellness behandeling was helemaal in orde. Enig minpuntje misschien: de hamman was dicht en de 2 sauna’s waren wat te druk. Mooi zwembad en omkadering

坐落在七峯山和萊茵河畔上的百年歷史酒店，體驗一把住在城堡裏的感覺，酒店裡帕爾瑪古龍香水的味道意猶未盡，每一個角落都體現着古典優雅的氣息！值得推薦！

我們這這裏住了兩晚，本來衹準備住一晚的，結果發現這裏很完美，於是續訂了一晚而沒有去科隆住，有車就很方便。這裏獨霸了好風景

酒店不錯。但設施有一些陳舊了，但不太影響最後效果。 窗簾的遮陽簾控制器不工作了。所以早上窗簾的遮光效果就差一些了。

山頂森林裏，自然環境很好，適合養生

酒店很安靜，在山上，房間乾淨舒服, 不過泳池有點小

Great dinner! Fantastic view, excellent food, and superior service. Although the restaurant is a bit a mix of superior fine dining and bistro food, at least you have a choice, and what we selected was definitely very good. Good wine selection although somewhat expensive. The service is truly five star. We had a good time.

Place is beautiful, rooms are spacious with wonderful view and bed very comfortable. Good choice of breakfast. But black coffee is only instant coffee. At night conditioner started to poured on my head, but when we called to reception they say it’s happens sometimes and we need just put the towel under🤷‍♀️ In our friends room key card was blocked every day and we had to come back to reception to unblock it, a bit inconvenient) But otherwise very nice place and I would recommend to go there for sure

We stayed at Steigenberger Hotel for one night, and at the entrance it was exactly how you would expect a five star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, that can help you where and when needed. Though when we got to the room itself we had a little unpleasant surprise. The room itself was nice, good view over the Rhine and the interior is nice. But when I dropped my phone and it fell under the bed, I went to pick it up and underneath the bed was a dirty tissue with a substance on it that looked to be semen. Also when I shined my flashlight under it to take a video of it, I found a pair of socks from the previous guests. This indicates the room was not really cleaned properly. There also was a lot of dust on the bedside tables, and a lot underneath the bed (which I myself don’t mind as it’s a hard place to vacuum). Not really up to the high five star standard, but the rest was really good. Nice views with a good bed and spacious room. The Biergarten is also beautiful, especially at sunset. I have to give it 4/5 because of the stuff we found in the room, for the rest it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great . The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and you can order pancakes and French toast with fresh orange juice and they were very delicious. And the area where the hotel is located is very beautiful and cozy.🥰
