Good location but the hotel is very dated. The air conditioner is extremely noisy that we couldn't sleep with it. We have to turn it off. I think it requires some repair since there was shaking noise.

Nice stay

非常貼心的一家酒店，環境也好，周圍美食也很多，向西溜達一會就有一家很好的酒店，海鮮不錯，風景也好。

酒店位於一個半島，前後都靠海灣，風景很美。離downtown有幾公里距離，開車去購物吃飯還算方便。樓下有停車場30刀一天。前台服務態度很好，辦入住很快。房間設施有點老了，有個小陽台可以看海景。衞生間總體還算乾淨，但是浴室發現一衹蟑螂。

淋浴噴灑放很久水才有熱水，而且難切換。沒洗漱用品

I wish I could remember the name of the staff person who contacted me by text welcoming me and offering assistance. They went beyond the “call of duty” finding me a place close to where I was dining to fine an item that I had forgotten.

Perfect way to end a vacation. Able to return rental car early and no stress getting to the airport.

I would be nice to know if you are in a handicap equipped room. Hotels used to ask you if you minded being in on and now they just hand you a key I get surprised: Not cool.

Was an excellent place to watch the naval ships come in with our son aboard. The views of the bay and the city were spectacular, especially at night!! Surprisingly being right by the airport you hear none of them inside your room. The walk path from point to point on the water front was amazing! Flat and everyone was very polite and greeted everyone!! The hotel, awesome awesome atmosphere! Smelled so fresh and clean, the staff was all very kind and always had genuine smiles on their faces. The hotel restaurant had good food, tom hams was phenomenal and coasterras was equally as great! Was a great spot to walk to fine dining within minutes inside the hotel to 28 minutes to coasterras. Tom hams was about 8 minutes. We spent alot of time watching the boats and enjoying a beautiful weekend with our kiddo!

The view in the waterfront is beautiful. The shuttle to the airport is also very useful.

The balconies are very small & not very private. Appeared as if some balconies were cracking from our view. You can see inside other balconies which was a turn off fir our privacy.

I guess the assumption was that I needed a handicapped room. This was ok, but every other time I stayed there with my husband we had a nice view room. Handicapped people would be disappointed because the hand held shower did not work. I did not have time to call the desk.
