We rented an apartment with lake views. When we got there and went inside the bathroom was full of mold with a black bathtub. (See photos here) When we told the owners about it and asked why they sent us photos of a completely different bathroom, they told us that the photo they sent me was that of the old bathroom without mold! When I said that was misleading and we want our money back, they said that they would have charge us for the first night. We told them even that I was pregnant and my husband had asthma but they didn’t budge. It wasn’t till we went back to the reception and discussed in front of other customers to show them the photos of the terrible black mold that they budged and gave us our money back. We then had to go and scramble to find another place to stay for the night which was difficult because it was so last minute and it was a weekend and most places were fully booked up. Stay away from this fraud of a place!

Monoambiente agradable, comodo para 2 personas, completo ( tener en cuenta que la cocina es electrica y no apta para quienes pretendan cocinar en el mismo, consejo: de vacaciones salir a comer a los muchos y buenos restaurantes y otras tantas muy buenas opciones que nos brinda Bariloche ) vista unica con ventanal frente al lago, muy bien calefaccionado, si te satura el calor solo tenes que habrir alguna de las dos ventanitas laterales pequeñas que tiene el ventanal y regulas la temperatura a tu gusto o necesidad. Muy buena atencion del personal a cargo. Muy buena opcion para una agradable estadia en pareja. Destaco la vista al frente del lago Nahuel Huapi rodeado de hermosas montañas propias de tan bello, maravilloso y encantado lugar...

No soy de escribir en portales pero esta vez quise hacerlo, me senti en el deseo de hacerlo. Las gaviotas fue una de las mejores experiencia de alojamiento en mi vida. Fui a muchisimos lugares pero este realmente me encanto, el lugar en si era tal pero tal cual lo que vi en las fotos, ahora la calidad humana y de atención y predisposición hicieron la diferencia, podria contar un ejemplo por cada dia que estuve alli, agradezco haber podido estar. Lo recomiendo absolutamente y espero que siempre sean asi.

Mica, Lucia y Bianca nos Han hecho sentir como reyes a mi esposa y a mi. Son gente muy cálida y amable mas allá de cualquier expectativa. La cabaña que nos asignaron hermosa, limpísima, con una vista sublime de los amaneceres en el lago. El quincha comfortable y bien equipado, la ubicación del hotel a diez pasos de la parada del autobús para ir al centro… MUCHAS FELICIDADES.

El hospedaje es hermoso, pero tiene más de 40 escaleras en los diferentes tramos del hotel para poder llegar a la habitación, de los cuales no teniamos conocimiento.

hermoso lugar , lo mejor : la vista al lago su playita , esta bien ubicado . los dptos lindos , la unica critica el baño muy pequeño. las chicas d la recepcion muy amables siempre atentas . limpio , seguro

Pros: - hermosa vista al lago - estacionamiento apto cdo cae nevada (no tenes q andar metiendo el auto en subidas, ni en calles de ripio) Contras: - servicios engañosos: Ya de entrada te bolasean con el serv de mucama (q es cada 3 dias) - ducha: chiquititísima. Si no sos flaquito/a te quemás xq de afuera sólo te entra el brazo para abrir la caliente. Te metes, sale el agua desde el techo y si te quedas pegado a la mampara vas metiendo el brazo para regular la fría - la tostadora tenes q darla vuelta para sacar las tostadas - caja de seguridad: no tiene llave! - higiene: mi toallón tenía un bollo de pelos - tv, tenes q poner cada número sino no cambia - Ascensor. La tortuga manuelita - Información turística pobre. IMPORTANTE xq podes perderte un día de ski. Si queres tomar un cole al cerro, no saben horarios, ni dónde tomarlos. Si te sirve el dato: andate hasta la terminal xq viene reee cargado. Te cobran en dólares al tipo de cambio vigente, estaría bueno q cuiden ciertos detalles

Aparte de recibir un hermoso paisaje cada mañana. Tiene una muy buena ubicación para salir raidmente a los centros de nieve. Cuenta con supermercados cerca. Los deptos son amplio y calefaccionados. La relación precio-calidad estaba bien.
