Room was in good condition. Had what I needed. Like having a balcony. Liked how there was breakfast. Staff was friendly.
Area was noisy because of trains running throughout the night and the train tracks are vey close.

Siamo stati una settimana,in questo hotel,il posto è gestito tutto da ragazzi giovani, peraltro gentili e sorridenti,la camera molto usurata ma pulita,molto comoda la posizione per la stazione, il. centro è a 300 metri , gli stabilimenti balneari decisamente di più. La nota negativa è la colazione,povera di qualità scadente,il salato davvero insufficiente,e niente di che il dolce. Spero che i titolari si rendano conto,che un hotel 4 stelle deve offrire ai clienti una colazione più ricca ma sopratutto con prodotti di qualità. Peccato.

Hotel in buona posizione che offre il servizio gratuito di noleggio bici. Abbiamo trovato scarsa la pulizia, soprattutto pavimento molto sporco, sgabello nella doccia lurido e lenzuola che avevano un cattivo odore. Sconsiglio di dormire con le finestre aperte per il forte rumore di treni merci notturni (passano molto spesso), trovandosi l'hotel davanti alla stazione. Colazione gradevole e receptionist molto gentile.

La ragazza all’accoglienza sorridente ci ha subito risolto un problema con celerità, camera spaziosa con bagno ampio e doccia super top, centralissimo a 5 min dal centro, colazione ricca salata e dolce accampo gara da un ottimo espresso

Il mondo si evolve e voi restate indietro.. Location pessima, camere fatiscenti e poco funzionanti in ogni servizio. Se ci fosse Barbieri sareste fuori categorie anche dopo una sbronza epocale. La colazione confezionata in ogni sua parte, tante’ che mi sarei offerta personalmente per fare un ciambellone, se non fosse sopraggiunta la voglia di andarmene in prima possibile. Il conto? Da hotel in centro a cortina. Ragazzi un consiglio, 4 stelle è un offesa all’umanità.

Le persone che vi lavorano sono state carine e disponibili, ma per favore… se questo è un quattro stelle io sono Brad Pitt. Chi dice che ha fatto un soggiorno perfetto probabilmente fa un soggiorno all’anno. Salvo solo la posizione vicino al centro. Camere da tre stelle (parquet rovinato, arredi datati, frigobar vuoti !!! ah non, con una bottiglietta di acqua) bagno da pensione famigliare anno 70. Colazione dimenticabile. Prezzo: dieci euro in meno dai 70€ pagati sarebbe stato più corretto. Comunque in futuro cercherò altro perché non mi ha lasciato la voglia di tornarci.

La posizione dell'hotel è centrale e ottima per spostarsi comodamente a piedi, il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale. Ho trovato la camera ampia, pulita, ben illuminata e accessoriata di tutte le necessità.

Posizione strategica Pulizia impeccabile Colazione varia Camere ottime ( sono tutte in fase di ammodernamento ) io ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in quelle NEW LOOK ... davvero STUPENDA PERSONALE GENTILISSIMO E CORTESE sempre pronto a risolvere i problemi ( io ne ho avuto uno abbastanza importante ) e a dare consigli ed indicazioni ... Le addette alla reception Cristina e Francesca educatissime , cortesi e ti accolgono sempre con un sorriso ... Sono anni che vado al REGENT e sono anni che mi stupiscono con la loro professionalità Ci vediamo presto Antonio

Posizione strategica ,sia per la vicinanza al mare che al centro ,personale sempre cordiale , disponibile e sorridente,camere pulite e spaziose ,quelle rimodernate sono davvero molto belle ed accoglienti ,il bagno è bellissimo con una doccia enorme e comodissima.Buona la colazione , c'è un po' di tutto ,dolcini di vario tipo ,un angolino per il salato che non è niente male ed è sempre molto piacevole trovare la frutta fresca di stagione .Parcheggiare a San Benedetto è sempre un po' un ****** ,il fatto che ci sia il parcheggio è grandioso ,posi la macchina ed hai tutto a portata di mano ...insomma ci ritorniamo e lo scegliamo sempre con piacere ...a prestissimo
