This lovely little hotel run by fourth generation of the owners Rachele and her partner Stefano continue to update and innovate the hotel and restaurant despite the last few years of difficulty. It is a Tuscan gem set atop the hills above Lamporecchio with panoramic views across a huge valley where you can literally see for miles. With leafy terraces and the crown on top is their new covered terraced dining area set to take in the views at their best. Just above, the pinnacle of the hotel, is their swimming pool! Situated in the countryside there is easy access to Bologna, Florence and Pisa and many of the surrounding medieval towns such as Vinci, Sienna and Lucca just to mention a few. Spend a day or a week, there is lots to do in the area or just sit in the shade read a book and enjoy the relaxed a**osphere and those views! It’s a little piece of Italian heaven!

Very nice view from the rooftop-restaurant and from the pool! We had a very good and delicious breakfast and the rooms were super clean! The staff was super nice and helpful and kid-friendly. Thank you for our stay, we will definitely come back!

We sat in the open air rooftop dinning room. A light breese, sunset on the horizon. The owners are both trained sommeliers and offered wonderful wines. I enjoyed a gnocchi dish. Light pillows of potato in a ballenced source. Then a tortallini with beef cheeks and a cheese foam. Delicious!!

Nice people, good food and wine + a fantastic view from both the restaurant and pool. Rachele and the staff go the extra mile to help you. Don’t miss this one - the placement highest in the small village are marvelous. One thing - if you have any trouble with going up and down stairs you might be challenged. Otherwise - give yourself a treat 🇮🇹☺️👍👌

Hotel sahibesi, Rachel hn , harika bir ev sahibi, kendisi aynı zamanda şarap degustatorü, o nedenle hangi şarap hangi yemekle yenilebilir konusunda çok iyi tavsiyeler de bulunabilir. Tur ile gittiğimiz için odaları gelise göre dağıtıldı. Bize maalesef çatı manzaralı bir oda düştü, ama hemen yanı başımızdaki odanın çok güzel, vadi manzarası vardı. Çarşaflar ve odanın genelinde çok temiz ama mutlaka yanınızda terlik almaya unu**ayın. İtalya'da, hiç bir hotelde tek kullanımlık terlik vermediler. Türk kahvaltısına alışık bir kişi için çok fakir gelebilir oysa İtalyan kahvaltısı açısından yeterli olabilir. Yani yumura veya zeytin yemezsiniz ama aç kalmazsınız.

Een hotel met een prachtige ligging. Uitzicht rooftop(restaurant) en nog een etage hoger een prachtig zwembad. Parkeren in zijstraat ruim voldoende aanwezig(ca. 200 meter) . Kamer is basic maar prima prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Goede douche. Ontbijt is ruim voldoende en avondeten is echt heel erg goed. De gastvrouw is zeer behulpzaam en denkt mee met de gast. Werkelijk fantastisch. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Toscane te ontdekken.

Local muito bonito, uma bela casa no alto de uma colina na toscana. O atendimento foi muito gentil. O quarto é simples mas limpo e tudo funciona bem. Recomendo o restaurante, em especial se não estiver fazendo frio e você puder ficar na parte de cima, com uma vista deslumbrante.

Il posto perfetto per festeggiare il compleanno in piscina. Durante queste giornate di caldo intenso, questo è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi una vista mozzafiato. Bellavista è il nome PERFETTO! Il mio compagno che non era mai stato in Toscana prima d'ora è rimasto estremamente sorpreso della location. Piscina eccezionale, con ampia scelta di lettini ed ombrelloni. Il personale molto cordiale e qualificato. Cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile, il tutto ad un prezzo onesto! Torneremo sicuramente e porteremo i nostri amici.

Abbiamo fatto pernottare gli ospiti in arrivo da varie regioni d'Italia al nostro matrimonio al Bellavista. Che dire, la proprietaria Rachele è stata di una disponibilità e professionalità incredibile dal primo momento che l'abbiamo contattata! È riuscita a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (dall'accoglienza anticipata degli ospiti anche prima dell'orario prestabilito fino alla loro partenza). All'inizio non sapevamo bene quante notti si sarebbero fermati i nostri ospiti (fino a un mese prima del matrimonio ovviamente non sapevamo le loro intenzioni) ma Rachele ci è venuta incontro non vincolandoci su un numero minimo di notti (alcuni hotel della zona ci avevano chiesto di garantire minimo due notti di pernottamento), cosa per nulla scontata visto il periodo (luglio) e la presenza costante di un gran numero di turisti. Beh, i servizi sono stati eccezionali, i nostri ospiti sono stati benissimo e sono rimasti entusiasti di tutto (dal bar, al ristorante, alla piscina). Che dire, posto super consigliato, un grazie di cuore a Rachele a tutto il personale del Bellavista Alessandro e Letizia
