The amenities were good and the shuttle is available 24/7. The room was nice and there are shops nearby. The shuttle can also take you anywhere is a three mile radius.

My little girl and I enjoyed our stay. We thought the bed was very comfortable. We noticed though that the heater was very loud when it turned on which kept us awake. We loved the the layout of the room and appreciated receiving the welcome message on the TV. Although the room was clean, we felt the hallway carpet was dirty and stained.

Terrible service at the front desk. Juan, who did not provide his last name. Was rude he did not grant any solution to pay for the additional fee. Because my credit Card did not have name printed. I offered to pay the 50 USD in cash, and it was denied giving no solution. He then threathen to cancel reservation that was already paíd. He was very arrogant

Stayed for 4 days. Sat-tues. All 3 days were quiet in spite of a full parking lot! First Watch restaurant is 1minute walk. Parking lot is we'll lit and patrolled by golf cart. Bed was comfortable. Room was comfortable. Bldg is old but taken care of.

The only drawback to this site is too few good parking spaces. Many are reserved for a restaurant. On the plus side, it’s a good restaurant you can walk across the parking lot to get to.

I love Alofts and this one is no exception. We will be staying here every year while traveling through. I love the pet friendly a**osphere. I love that we can take our pets to the bar so we can enjoy ourselves there. And the noon checkout time is a bonus.

I like the modern decor and furnitures. Nice colors and the room is a decent size, and very clean looking. I would definitely stay here again next time I am back in San Antonio. Thank you!

I had a great sleep, comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure in the shower was great! quiet rooms, polite guests and pet friendly. close to target, first watch cafe, and shops. you can walk to get what you need.
