Best Western Windsor Pointe Hotel Suites-ATT Center

Very clean and friendly staff

This was my 2nd stay with the hotel. I come here to get some head space and privacy. The sound proof rooms come in handy. The friendly staff is a bonus. I work 5 minutes from here so I’m able to come back to a spotless room and relax after work. I will be back again and again.

I was in town for work and needed to stay because of work commitments. As i checked in, the room that was offered had a door lock problem the desk clerk told me. I asked to look at it and upon inspection, the clerk also noticed the bold (ball) was missing from the deadbolt lock. He (Daniel) explained he was unaware and i could just put something behind the door during my stay?! Im traveling alone in a town I'm little familiar with and door does not close from outside and no deadbolt properly installed? For the price and location this is very unacceptable. Daniel stated it was a safe hotel and location and they had never had a problem?...does that mean they never will? He offered an 'upgrade' at no extra charge for another room, smoking!..or go someplace else if i was uncomfortable...but also said before he was full,sold out. Although he accommodated for my stay, i knew my refund wouldn't be immediate and travel expenses are essential in my work. The room had no air fresheners and of course smelled like smoke after requesting a non-smoking room. The following pictures are of that upgrade with no additional charge. Although it was late and decided to stay, i would not recommend or will i stay here again.

The hotel is great for the price. The neighborhood at night is a bit sketchy but no issues. Everything about the room was good quality. Second time there and will be happy to stay there again.

The room was very clean, no issues with nothing on the room, everything works perfect, the location is also good you have restaurants, gas, and convenient stores just a few steps from there, the only issue for me was the smell, all the all the hallway to get to the room smell to cigarette, the room did not, only the hallways ..

Breakfast was completely disgusting especially when I finally got the front desk to swap out the orange juice and when I got some black stuff with floating in my horseshoes from the machine. The eggs tasted stale which I thought was impossible. You didn't seem to care while he was swapping the orange juice out when I said the milk was empty so when he finished swapping yours juice he walked back to the desk I had to tell him again.

Our ac would turn on and off all through out the night it would get really hot for hours then the ac would turn on for about 15 min and shut off again . Tv didn’t work well

Everything was good the hallways were just super hot like hot hot if I wanted to step out the room it was horrible but other than that everything was perfect

The curtains were very dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The hallways and elevators were very hot. The elevator floor was dirty during our entire stay, it was never cleaned. I was charged $250.00 for a broken chair that was already broken, and for sure isn’t worth $250, but because I didn’t report it I was charged for it. You clearly could see how the chair was already welded.
