Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Angelo

Very unhappy, my reservation was cancelled becaose they tried to run my credit card the morning of my arrival, my reservation was fpr pay at hotel. Luckly i was able to make another reservation through Hotel. Com.

The barhroom floor and entryway was sticky and the employee said housekeeping used too much floor cleaner. The smell burned our noses and eyes but nothing was done. I have stayed here seven times now and this was not the best experience.

We extended our stay in the same room out of ease and necessity. The chemical smell was not as bad the second night.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. One bed had no springs and made sleeping very uncomfortable.

There is no hot breakfast like bacon eggs sausage. Some updates like the doors you have to push them to shut. Update bathrooms towel bar rusted.

The room was not what is portrayed in the photos. It’s clear that they were using photos from when the hotel first opened. The hall had this awful smell of mildew. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the toilet had feces residue on the outside. I didn’t stay the whole weekend and checked out after the first night. Plus I left my iPhone in the room. I called a few hours later and of course no one on “the staff” turned it in.

came here after getting a refund from a cheap motel. well worth it. staff were friendly and nice and the hotel was nice as well.

We had a good stay check in great! We did not have a coffee maker in our room but not a big deal to go get it in the morning. Breakfast was fine about what we expected The hotel was pretty full but honestly noise level was surprisingly quiet would recommend for the price.

I liked that it easy access , didn't like they didn't put me in a standard room with 2 beds how I had reserved months in advance, ended up getting a room with a bed and a pull out sofa
