Worst travel experience ever! Not only the Islanders are rude, and provide the worst customer service ever, this property has some of the worst cleaning issues in any property I’ve stayed at. They completely ignored any claims but also denied them openly when reported to Orbitz. It was “normal” to them. Stay away from this island, and specially this property.

When I arrived, after a 15 minute walk through mud, I was told my room was not available but he was moving me to a nicer place. Ha. The second place wasn’t even open, had no wi fi (he told me it did) and the water was sketchy. It was going to still cost $40. I bailed ship.

Es coherente el precio vrs el servicio. Limpio, bien guiados, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Hay la posibilidad de alquilar una moto para facilitar el acceso. Buses a 10 minutos. Muy tranquilo. Los charquitos playa cerca. Volvería, Recomendable.

Soy de chile y Estuve por 10 días en la posada, y que puedo decir… se nota cuando los dueños le ponen amor a su trabajo, Luis (el dueño) una excelente persona; me ayudo en todo, muy amable, preocupado por sus huespedes, realmente hace la instancia muy agradable. Sobre las instalaciones, a mi juicio tienen lo necesario, mis hijos se divirtieron mucho en la piscina, el espacio es amplio y muy bien decorado por la esposa de don Luis. La ubicación es muy tranquila y eso es muy bueno Recomiendo que pidan la pensión completa que incluye desayuno, almuerzo y once. La comida es muy buena, donde predomina platos del mar, que son muy buenos La gente que trabaja en el lugar es un amor y muy amable Recomiendo rentar un buguie, pues así uno llega a todos los lugares.

Hola!!! Viajamos con mi pareja, nuestra experiencia fue exelente, desde el momento que reservamos desde Argentina siempre se nos contestó con un trato muy cordial por parte de sus dueños, Luis y Marisol, quienes al momento de llegar al hotel nos estaban esperando con nuestra habitación con sábanas y toallas limpias, muy cómoda y con baño privado. Nosotros elegimos pagar el alojamiento con las 3 comidas, desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Para el almuerzo y cena habían siempre dos opciones para elegir, la comida era exquisita,muy sabrosa y los 7 días que estuvimos comimos platos diferentes. Los dueños y gente que trabaja ahí siempre estaban predispuestos a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites y tambien a conocer la isla, te brindaban todo tipo de información sobre los tours, horarios de micros y de mas. El Hotel es hermoso lleno de colores, plantas y muy limpio, A menos de 500m pasaban todos los micros que te llevaban al centro. La verdad es que sí existiera la posibilidad de volver a la isla me alojaría nuevamente con ellos.

Todo en el lugar es maravilloso, el entorno natural, la limpieza de los lugares comunes siempre impecable, disponibilidad de agua caliente y café durante todo el día. La atención cordial y amable de Don Luis hace mantener una relación muy cercana y afectuosa con él, y que decir de quienes nos acompañaron durante nuestras vacaciones haciendo lo imposible porque todo fuera 👌 perfecto, Aleidys la mejor y más atenta, siempre pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar, Steven muy amable y cordial un agrado realmente conocer personas tan entregadas en su trabajo. Adriana una chef excepcional, la mejor comida que probamos fue la hecha por ella. Sin duda volveremos para disfrutar nuevamente de este ambiente tan familiar y agradable. Se les exteañara. Cariños chile, Chile!!
