Excelente atención de los responsables, muy amables y apoyaban a resolver cualquier situación.
Camas MUY cómodas. Únicamente algo de ruido de coches en la calle buen estado en general. Relación calidad y precio muy buena.
Sencillo. Pero para una o dos noches de viaje de negocios está bien

El hotel está nuevo, limpio, buenas instalaciones, centrico, la central de autobuses cerca. Sin embargo el personal deja mucho que desear. No servia la terminal tuve que ir a buscara un banco y pagar comisión por retirar efectivo. A las 6:00 AM empiezan a limpiar, gritar, hacer ruidos por todo el hotel, NO DEJAN DORMIR. Si vas a una fiesta, te desvelas o quieres descansar definitivamente NO es el lugar. Ruido hasta de taladros, las personas de limpieza, igual aventando todo escobas, trapeadores, gritando, platicando entre sí con la voz super alta. Los cuartos están muy pegados y el ruido del cuarto de enseguida se escuchan, como ronquidos, televisión, risas, etc. La recepcionista quedo a deberme cambio, dijo que después lo daba, cuando sali no me lo dio, se lo pedi y molesta me lo regreso.

El hotel está muy limpio y bien cuidado y dan muy buena atención, pero el ruido los carros en la calle casi no dejó dormir.
