Disappointed unclean and overpriced. Arrived on 28th May had booked a superior room expecting 2 double beds at least and a decent sized balcony. Had requested to be next to my parents given this was booked last June this should not have been an issue. Instead we were given a room in a corner with a small balcony and honestly felt like a prison cell. Made a complaint at reception and was offered a room next to my parents however I don't know which was worse. 2 single beds that were comfy and a camp bed which was so uncomfortable we ended up taking turns. The room was also very unclean and grubby...we were packing and I was checking we had everything and discovered someone else's medication that is not ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!! The hotel states its fully non smoking however there were cigarette burns in our room and you could see all the staff smoking at the back of the hotel next to the kitchens. Instead all smokers are made to smoke out the front of the hotel which looks terrible in my opinion. We thought thr food was great on day 1 but was sorely disappointed the next morning chicken nuggets at breakfast?? Worst omelette I have ever eaten...my daughter lived off pancakes and chips or coco pops. For kids this is not a great hotel not allowed inflatables and the pool games which should be family orientated were grown up men playing water polo with the kids to the point the kids got out the pool as it became so rough. This hotel is aimed at the older generation I'm afraid and we won't be returning to another h10 as we worked hard for this holiday only to be honestly unhappy and upset.

Have stayed at H10 hotels in other countries but sadly this was not a 4 star one and not up to the standard of others. Food was very mediocre and quite expensive. It was a family friendly hotel but it was extremely crowded and very noisy from the time the pool opened until the entertainment ended at about 11pm. It was like watching a carry on film at 9am with people rushing and shoving to get they’re sunbeds and leaving towels on them for hours at a time without actual being there. I felt the reception staff were not helpful enough with a poor knowledge of local transport and upcoming events in the area. I
