Nice, clean and central apartments. Lovely staff, bit noisy due to pub downstairs and no hairdryer etc, but can be rented from reception! Can be noisy in rooms with the hallway, but perfect for cheap and cheerful holiday in Salou ✨

La gente de recepción era muy amable. El único problema que nos hemos encontrado es que el frigorífico estaba muy deteriorado.

Apartahotel muy básico. La piscina tiene pocas tumbonas y comparten bar con los apartamentos de al lado. El del alojamiento está cerrado y el parking excesivo 17 € diarios. Mejores opciones reservando con antelación

Despite reviews, we had a real blast. From the swift check in with Julia who kindly allowed us to store our cases until our room was ready, to Brendan and his team in the bar who were an utter joy! A really handy place to stay to see Salou. We had an excellent top floor apartment with balcony and a vista of the sea. 3 lifts so you were not waiting forever, cheap beer and a good sized garden to sit out on. It is on a slight hill but the main sights and the beach were a mere 10 min walk away. We genuinely didn't want to come home and cannot wait to return. Some people expect things for nothing and so give this place bad press but we were more than satisfied.

Where do I start... We arrived in Salou at lunchtime, we walked in to find reception closed, loads of people sat around on the couches in the lobby also waiting. There was nowhere to put our bags so instead of sitting around for 4 hours we had to take our cases with us round town. We came back for check in, there were 3 people in front of us, it took 45 minutes to check in. We were stung with the surprise €50 per person deposit for the room, then stung by tourist tax, all of which was not written in the smallprint of our holiday booking. I wouldn't mind but there's nothing in the rooms worth €50! We got to our room, it was basic. The bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage. There was orange peel on the floor from the previous guest, there were hairs on the bed and weird stains on the sheets. Now then self catering... didn't bother us we knew what we had done... but what we didn't know was we would have to pay to rent a kettle, and a toaster, and a fan... ridiculous. All this stuff should be in the rooms anyway if we've paid for self catering. All in all, the staff were rude, the hotel was dirty and run down and you can hear absolutely everything that's going on elsewhere. I could hear the people next door talking while I was sat in bed... the walls are paper thin... I won't be back. We booked a budget holiday for a reason but this just was not it.

Don’t go anywhere near this place . It’s not fit for purpose. Filthy rooms blood on sheet . The beds are camp beds one was broken. Selling them as self catering, no kettle hob didn’t work microwave was filthy. Stag and hens partying all night can even hear phones from room next door . Stayed one night had no help from staff . Used emergency phone number they didn’t want to know. had to leave and book a different hotel for the rest of our stay . PLEASE FOR YOUR WELL EARNED HOLIDAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . Would recommend the area and Richard’s cafe dose a great breakfast lovely staff . Also lovely pint in Murphy’s bar .

TOO MANY SNOBS LEAVING REVIEWS! Place is lovely and in a lovely area, yes €50 deposit is a pain but you get it back, room was very basic but clean and spacious, very helpful staff and bar lady is lovely, pool is very clean and plenty of room , good place

room was basic, nice pool, have to bring out own rubbish for deposit back which can only be paid by card so you're gonna be waiting a while for the deposit back i don't understand why they cant take cash, staff are not helpful, no toilet roll in reception toilet and only half a roll when we got to the room and after that you have to get your own, really disappointed with the deposit system, if it was changed to cash also maybe i can overlook the rest of the issues as it is a budget hotel but they really don't give you an inch, threaten you with your deposit any way possible, not a welcoming place to stay i wont be back
