Good location to all amenities.on a night was noisy due to being on the main road The hotel is spotless top marks for the housekeeping reception staff are welcoming and helpful we stayed half board only ate there three times then was fed up with food same things good variety in salad and cold meats but clap cold breakfast. Pool area was clean plus you got a sunbed they did have entertainment but ild say it catered more for Spanish Had a power cut lasted till 11 but they did have generator so all was running hats off to you

The hotel was clean and the rooms roomy enough. The buffet had a vast variety of food changing most days and hardly run out of anything. The salad bar was my favourite. Chefs would make you eggs or omelettes for breakfast. Swimming pool was clean and very busy but we could always get a sun chair. The small cove beach was 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Salou itself has lots of shops and very busy with English tourists so there are lots of options to eat out too.

To be honest, very disappointed… not just because of the rubbish weather but how the hotel was to. Me and my boyfriend came to this hotel for a 10 day holiday and was left unhappy. We got put into a family room which was surprising small and cramped , the view was rubbish from outside - not the hotels fault but when asking for a pool view we got a view of old apartments, beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on aswell. We noticed that the cleaners didn’t clean our room as well as we thought, as we still had rubbish in our bin from when we arrived and rubbish we had that needed to be taken out , was also left in our room. I had to constantly complain about the strong sewage smell coming into our room through the shower drain. No amount of air conditioning and opening the balcony door every night helped. Nothing was really done about it except some bleach down the drain. I had noticed many wet stains on the roof of the bedroom and bathroom that would come and go when upstairs would use any sort of water appliances. There was no space round the pool and people had to use the disabled slopes for sunbed room. There was barely entertainment for adults especially when weather was so bad , barely any seating inside at the bar that people were sitting on the floor and dec chairs from outside. The food was fine - lots of selection each day. Staff were also very polite and friendly and helpful when needed. Lifts were a nightmare, slow and would also skip loads of floors which had people waiting for about 10 minutes just to get up and down stairs Me and my boyfriend are very upset and will no be returning to the Best Mediterraneo.

When booking the hotel the review were very good then you get the bad, I true and put on a positive mind. When We arrived it was a bit late normally we have an early flight now I happy we went and had a later flight. We got a cold evening meal which was brilliant got to our room they were very clean smelling great. Had a few drinks out side in morning couldn't get a sunbed there not enough to go round you have to queue up as the doors open up at 930am there a big range for breakfast Tea and Coffee ect from machine cups are small got my own mug and brought Tea bags with me. Hotel all inclusive there two bars one inside and outside outside when not raining gets very busy there a self-serve parts the cups they use are small so your up the bar a lot measure ok, Tip order 4 drinks in one go saves time going to bar a lot. Lunch hot and cold food in Dinning Room they have the air conditioning on so if you got hot food will go cold good range of food they have different themes each night on food Mexican food Chinese food and various others type very good the Chef always out at dinner checking on everything. But is he the Chef or the Boss? In some countries "Chef" means Boss anyway beside this location for us it's not ideal there quite a few hills around being Disabled and have serious back issues and Arthritis lymphedema and Rheumatoid Vasculitis or Arthritus the Hotel is not in a good location you will need a good Scooter to get around but we found the perfect ways to get to town much easier if you walking if you come out of Reception turn Right walk right down the slight hill towards St Monica Hotel turn right go down the hill your in the town centre. Or if you come out over the Road is the Bus stop catch the bus going to Cambrills the bus takes you to down if walking you can turn right out of Reception. The hotel is clean and towels and beds are made they mop the rooms every single day these cleaner work long and hard all day cleaning the hotel give them credit and respect. And all staff because they do work longer hours than most and they do get tired . Great places to eat Sinatra's over the road near international 2 hotel Mark and Tina will look after you the food is Excellent good beers and Cocktails Beers are around €5 cocktails €7.50 Another great place to eat is Old Brown Cow in Town by the Delfin hotel this is good food English Beers Cocktails and good selection of wines Spirits and much more, the Sunday Roast Beef and Chicken Puddings look out for the Cocktail of the day. And jam scones with Tea. Danny Boys Entertainment and Scotland Flowers bars watch football but its your choice we tried all the Bars and Food Since we been coming to Salou over the Years there only a few I can recommend for you. Old Brown Cow Sinatra's not once have we been ill there's Harry potters bar as well. This is my recommendation there quite a few other places but there names I can't remember their names and a few others near H10 princess there a nice place in Old To

We travelled as a group of 10 adults and 6 children, we all loved this hotel. You never know quite what to expect at an all inclusive but the food was amazing, myself and husband are both vegetarian and we found plenty to eat, the freshly made stir frys were lovely, as were the pancakes in morning, the rest of the family (meat eaters) said they enjoyed all the food and the freshly made burgers etc. The young ones in group enjoyed the snacks during day and the ice creams and ice lollies. The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms cleaned every day and towel changes every day too. Hotel overall was clean and tidy. Staff in all areas of hotel were amazing, reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners, chefs etc always friendly and attentive Someone else mentioned the lifts, they were slow and sometimes would miss out first floor? My only slight nighle is the pool area, i personally think it would be better if the pool staff put out the sun loungers, finding a lounger wasnt too difficult but finding a space to put it in was, felt that everyone was squashed together and there was no conformity bit of a free for all. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will return one day. Thank you everyone

Spent 5 days here recently , it’s a fantastic hotel in a great location ideal for a mini break . close to bars and restaurants , bus stops and supermarkets just outside hotel . Staff are lovely and friendly with a great entertainment team . food is nice , and hotel is spotless , we all really enjoyed our stay . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
