Hotel incroyable

Resturant is a total shambles, no cups no glassess. When you eventually got a cup it was either dirty or chipped. Female on desk on 25th july was the most arrogant ignorant person ive ever came across. She wasn't interested in my complaint looking over my shoulder and speaking to someone else. This has to be up there as the worse hotel Resturant i have ever been in. Rooms are tiny, no storage space in rooms, nowhere to hang a weeks worth of clothes . Now day 4 iur veranda has NOT been cleaned not has our shower, they only make beds and change towels. This is NOT a four star nowhere near it

I stayed at Olympus Palace in Salou with my partner Célia in October 2025, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Location and Surroundings Right in the heart of Salou, the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops—and even the nightlife and discotheques—making it perfect for those who want to enjoy both sun and evening entertainment. The Hotel and Amenities The building is modern and stylish, with both the exterior and interior designed beautifully. We loved the rooftop pool, jacuzzi, waterfalls, sun loungers, and even a cocktail bar up top—ideal for relaxing by day and enjoying sunset drinks by night. There’s also a great outdoor pool, fitness center, and buffet restaurant. The Room and Service Our room was clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with sound‑proof walls and a nice balcony. The staff were consistently friendly and professional—always eager to help and make our stay memorable. Dining and Atmosphere The buffet offered a varied selection (show‑cooking, themed dinners) and the on‑site café/bar was perfect for snacks or cocktails without leaving the hotel. We enjoyed every meal. Nearby Attractions Beyond the beach and nightlife, Salou itself is a lively, charming town worth exploring—with cultural highlights and plenty to see just a short walk away. Overall If you’re looking for a stylish, fun, and relaxing hotel in Salou—well placed for both beach days and nightlife—Olympus Palace is a top choice. We had a wonderful time, and would happily return.

I’m at the Olympus place now. Cons first. Pool guy has just told a disabled lady she can’t have 2 beds. The poor lady can’t move. Apparently adults only but there is at least 10 children aged around 7. People next to us was gone 21 minutes yesterday 21 minutes for there dinner and the pool guy removed the towels, even though there was 16 beds free. I’m All for them doing that if they are gone for an hour but not 21 minutes. Loud music until midnight. People smoking by the pool Air conditioning down stairs is horrendous, even the staff agree. Pros Second time at the Olympus palace. Absolutely immaculately clean. Lovely staff. Lovely beds Loverly food Would I recommend 100 percent

Pros & cons Pro - Pools are nice - Great location - Hotel is clean - Some staff are polite (some) - Air-con is good Cons - The elderly are very disrespectful towards the younger generation, for example, pushing in-front of me and my partner, staring & looking down on you to the point I actually cried because of how rude they were, an old lady told me off for moving my sunlounger and then proceeded to move hers - It’s one rule for one and one for the other. We were told no reserving sun-loungers. Me and my partner went on a walk after dinner, we were an hour tops, we came back and our towels were no where to be seen. When we asked why our towels had been moved the lady at the bar said that we were not allowed to reserve them, I would say 75% of the sun-loungers had no one them. I felt like we had been targeted as we were a young British couple. We then had no where to go, as paying guests to the hotel and to not have anywhere to lie round the pool? We asked reception if there was anymore sunloungers and they just shook their heads, I don’t understand why a hotel with 5 floors doesn’t have enough sunloungers for their paying customers to use?? - Me and my partner were half board, no drinks were included therefore, we bought a water from the shop to drink around the pool, the bar staff then came up to us and handed us a piece of paper saying no drinks allowed unless from the hotel. I then spoke to a family that were English, they said no one had hassled them for eating and drinking their own snacks around the pool, which once again made me and my partner feel targeted & victimised - The food - Breakfast was good, Tea however was not the best, we got burgers one night, cut into the burger and it was raw. - No sunglasses are allowed in the pool ( unless your Spanish) I seen the lifeguard tell another couple off for wearing sunglasses in the pool and then blatantly ignored a spanish couple who were wearing sunglasses. - Entertainment was just ok - When checking out the receptionist didn’t bother asking if we had enjoyed our stay. - Would I recommend this hotel? For the location yes. For younger couples? No as we did not feel welcome at any point I would suggest going elsewhere
