40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.

Just arrived back from 14 nights at this hotel as a family, 2 adults 3 children (11,7 & 3 months) Hotel is very clean, staff are welcoming and friendly. Food was your typical all inclusive but more tasty and lots of options! Drinks were fantastic bar staff couldn’t do enough for you. They even had bottled water which was amazing for baby. Entertainment staff were amazing (Mercedes and Sebas) my daughter loved it although I think they could do with a few more members of staff so they could do more activities throughout the day. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. Overall we had an amazing holiday and will 100% be back!!

Lovely room, air con great. Food was really nice and plenty to choose from. Staff absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be returning. 😁👏👏👍. Pool was a bit small but didn't bother us as we just like to relax. Would highly recommend. We'll done on the hospitality .

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Great location, clean and the staff work very hard. The reception staff were polite and informative when we booked in, providing us with information on times for meals and what was included on the All Inclusive. As with all, all inclusive’s the food does get a little repetitive, so we did eat out on a few occasions You can put sun loungers out from 8:00, but there were always plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day. I would stay here again.

Just back after 10days, Food was lovely,snack bar and ice creams/lollies best I’ve had in an all inclusive. Drinks lovely slushy for the kids. Clean hotel and staff were lovely. Pool was lovely sunbed wars at 8.30am but that was fine always room for everyone. Massive negative 100’s of school kids/dance groups at the hotel in the day u didn’t see them,at night from 12am-3am they were screaming fighting in the corridors knocking our door running off we had no sleep,told receptionist but still continued throughout the holiday,this massively let the hotel down if it wasn’t for them I would of given a higher rating and returned but a holiday with no sleep equals miserable children and parents the manager really needs to sort this issue out.

A decent hotel considering what we paid, I have given it 3 out of 5, although I would say it's a 3.5. Friendly staff at reception, check-in was quick & easy, my son left his bag in the taxi on the way from the airport, the lovely lady at reception phoned around & we managed to get it back thanks to her, she was a star!. Bar is fine, it gets busy & the bar staff really do work their socks off. Considering it was a cheap all inclusive I pleasantly surprised with the drinks on offer. Food is OK, decent breakfast, dinner & evening meals were a bit monotonous with what they had to offer, but it was fine, never went hungry. Pool area is decent, we always got a sunbed (Shame some people get up at 6.30/7 in the morning & make loads of noise pulling sunbeds around to claim their territory! The room was basic, but clean, decent beds & the maids came every day. It's in a good location, if your looking for a decent, inexpensive all inclusive then it's a good choice. One issue, I wish the coffee machines were switched on/available in the restaurant during lunchtime & in the evening, we stayed at a sister hotel in Cambrils last year & it was the same there....Strange, maybe I am one of the few that likes a coffee after i have eaten.

We arrived at the hotel. The room we were given the view was awful air conditioning units and paint falling off the building opposite. We went back to reception. They were extremely helpful even though we could not get a pool view. Our view was over looking the front of the hotel. That was fine. I understand that not all the room's have pool view. The hotel room was a good size with 2 double beds. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, and maid service came every day.

Overall a great time. So much so we have booked again next year Start with the good. The room was spacious and clean. In great condition. The pool area was nice with 4 pools we went half board and there was plenty of food to choose from. However one of our party was a vegetarian and felt that there wasn't the greatest of veggie options . The hotel is a easy stroll to the main beach even for myself with mobility issues. We all really enjoyed our time here. Now for the negative. Only things I could find wrong was there are not enough lifts and often you were waiting quite a long time for them as if they stopped on your floor they were often full. The next thing that could be improved is the kids mini disco was so loud it was hurting my children's ears causing us to walk away and them missing out on joining in. The music really didn't need to be so loud as the area it was in was only a small area it needs turning down.

Hotel lovely and clean Rooms cleaned daily Staff friendly and helpful Food not so bad I always found something to eat Bad points Trees all round Pool hit and miss for sun got to be up at crack of dawn for lounger otherwise you ain’t getting one!! Trees could do to be trimmed or cut down pigeons all over my wife was sh&@ on 3 times in the week. Other than that not a bad hotel brilliantly located.
