Desk clerk put in wrong Windham's number and I couldn't get room on points. Long story short, I had the points, but the points desk was closed util 9 AM the next day.

From the moment of arrival, when the guest is welcomed with a "We're not here, call this number to check in," it's apparent quickly that this hotel is designed to provide ROI for investors, not provide a welcoming experience for guests. The room was clean, though the carpeting was quite old. The shower had well-modulated temperature, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable enough, and the pillows were not balled-up inside like so many at lower-priced hotels. The doors do open into a hallway rather than to the outside, but with the front desk largely un-monitored, anyone could wander in off the highway. The old school door chain isn't really any further security, though the locks do look modern.

Nice motel The man at the counter Deonte was super. We couldn't get the TV to work and he came to help us. We had several questions and he had all the answers we need. He was a very helpful young man. The motel was clean abs smelled fresh. We never tried the pool.

There was a clump of hair in our bed. No hot water so we had to take cold showers. When asked for more towels because there was 3 of us in the room they seemed upset we asked then started interrogating us on why we needed more towels. The coffee was more grounds mixed with water than anything. The bed was so uncomfortable. The staff did nothing! Asked if we took pictures of the problems.

Decent place to stay. Bathrooms definitely are ready for some remodeling. Surprisingly quiet even though it's next to a truck stop.

Very dirty stay. Not accessible for the handicap. I had to crawl up dirty stairs to get to my room. The water in the room came out yellow. My comforter had black spots that resembles mold. I don't recommend this hotel. I've stayed at 3 hotels in the town and I haven't been pleased. All have be dirty..

It was barely adequate. I got blamed for their janky smoke detector going off. Whole room smelled like paint. No rooms on first floor and no elevator. It served its purpose but would not stay here again.

After checking in i asked the hours for the pool, the pool was closed. With great disappointment, I went to another hotel.
